Study On Risk Management Of Commercial Real Estate Project Investment In Lushang Plaza

In order to control the investment risk of the commercial real estate projects, this paper constructs investment risk management framework based on the logic of the risk identification-risk assessment-risk management through study on Lushang Property Co., Ltd. First, this paper applies the brain storm method to identify the investment risk existing in the commercial real estate projects of Lushang Property Co., Ltd and extracts the key investment risk factor using factor analysis; secondly, this paper applies structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationship between the various investment risk factors and consequences of the investment risk as well as the relationship between investment risk factors; then uses entropy-TOPSIS to assess the key investment risk factors in order to the identify priority level; Finally, uses the causal analysis method to analysis the reason of the investment risk in the forefront of priority level and puts forward corresponding measures about how to deal with the investment risk.
