Distributed control system is widely used in Oil&Gas pre-process equipment,which needs the operators having higher quality.Training and skills examination couldn't be carried out because of the actual producing limitation.Now,written examination is adopted usually this can't incarnate the operator's veritable technical level.The paper establishes a simulation operation system based on computer network platform which takes the operation parameters,control scheme and technique characteristic of equipment as the simulation object on account of the oil&gas pre-process system having many monitoring points and procedure control complexity and mastering difficultly for operators.The simulation system can train and examine.the operators by simulating the operation and accident procedure,which will improve the operation level significantly by repeated strengthen training in the case of non-dangerous and.non-batch charging,which can provide a effective tool and means for corporation training and technique examination.The development of simulation technique is summarized first and the oil&gas pre-process equipment is introduced in the paper.The basic principle and modeling approach used in petrochemical production procedure simulation are discussed in detail,namely modeling by mechanism,modeling by identification and hybrid modeling,on the base of which a modeling method with self-identification by model reference is put forward.The craft algorithm models established by the method have self-identification function and it can achieve model establishment,debugging according to the design data or production data,the model can compute material balance automatically and has usual default setup function which simplify the simulation procedure.Because the common unit equipment model of petrochemical equipment can't apply to the oil&gas system,the model of compressor,heat exchanger,stabilization tower of prteoleum,Light dydrocarbon tank,centrifugal pump,valve arid pressure node of equipment is established in the paper.The operation of equipment is realized by DCS system,so the main control loop such as PID feedback control,split-ranging control,override control,cascade control and forward control are also established in the paper and simulation is made to verify their validity.Process simulation platform is adopted in the paper to realize the equipment simulation,the units and control system model.The unit model algorithm is added into the library of the platform and sequential modular approach is used to simulate all flow of the production equipment.The six kind of typical equipment simulation such as light cooling,deep cooling,moderate cooling,light cooling mode in china and crude stabilization by positive and negative pressure are accomplished.The moderate cooling and crude stabilization by positive pressure equipment are taken as example to be illustrated.The simulation system of oil&gas pre-production have been applied in oilfield and acquired excellent effect.At last,the paper make summarization and expectation.
