With the global urbanization process accelerating,more and more people are converging to the city.At the same time,the city is facing more and more serious risks.Frequent natural disasters and human accidents often cause serious economic losses and casualties within the city.These urban disasters are often complex and dynamic.If the decision maker cannot provide reasonable decisions,it is likely to cause more serious losses.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of urban population concentration and industrial concentration,it highlights the importance of rapid and effective risk assessment,and wisdom decision making.In the face of the complexity of urban disaster and the decentralization of massive information resources,how to realize the integrated and shared management of information resources and gather the distributed information resource service efficiently according to the needs of urban risk assessment,and carry out the rapid and comprehensive risk of the spread of urban disasters Assessing and analyzing,improving effective,shareable decision support has become an urgent problem,and collection of distribute distributed information resources services according to urban risk assessment task requirements,and implement the rapid and comprehensive risk assessment and analysis of the spread of urban disasters,and provide effective and shareable decision support has become an urgent problem.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the risk assessment method and process sharing management framework in depth,studies the related theory of meta-model modeling method,and research on the relevant information model under the Sensor Web Environment(SWE).In summary,this paper focuses on how to build a risk assessment process for urban disaster into a shared information description model.This paper analyzes the sharing requirements of urban disaster risk assessment process and summarizes the characteristics of quantitative risk assessment method.Based on the meta-object facility(MOF)with four-layer meta-modeling architecture,this paper designed the ten-tuple general information description structure of risk assessment process and proposes an urban disaster risk assessment process modeling method based on unified space-time framework.In this paper,the risk assessment process and specific assessment information requirements to design an abstract risk assessment process chain through formal expression based on the SWE Open Geospatial Consortium(OGC)standard information model sensor modeling language(SensorML).The method is designed to provide a standardized information model basis for urban disaster risk assessment process sharing management.Based on the urban disaster risk assessment process modeling method based on unified space-time framework this paper proposes instant information service method for risk assessment process,and designs a risk assessment process focused service framework,and forms a risk assessment process focus service model for different users,and constructs the risk assessment process service mechanism,and realizes the risk assessment process chain focused service procedure based on six-step.Based on the above research,it is aimed at realizing the efficient focusing of information resources and instant risk assessment process personalized information services based on the risk assessment task at the time of urban disaster.In order to make the real-time information in the city disaster scene dynamic and intuitive display,this paper analyzes the visualization demand of the urban disaster scene dynamic sensor data and the dynamic visualization demand of the gas leakage event,and designs the association method between urban three-dimensional model and the dynamic data,and forms a dynamic information visualization method for a gas leakage event characteristics,and realizes the static visualization method for dynamic sensor data and the dynamic simulation of real-time event information in the case of gas leakage event,in order to provide an intuitive,dynamic visualization scenario for the risk assessment process phased services.Finally,this paper designs a prototype system called urban disaster risk assessment process management(RAPM)to realize a series of functions,such as modeling,registration,execution and visualization of risk assessment process.By simulating the gas leakage application case in Taiyuan City the system realizes the instant risk assessment process information service for the event,and registers and visualizes the risk assessment staged results,and provides instant information services for different users.The experimental results show that the proposed urban disaster risk assessment process modeling method based on coupled dynamic observation data can realize the instant risk assessment and analysis through the efficient convergence of urban sensors,data and model service resources,and provide risk assessment basics and decision support services for decision makers.
