Intelligent well technology has many advantages in implemented single well production,greatly improve the recovery,the most economic and efficient development of oil and gas fields,and it is suitable for various oil and gas reservoirs.A intelligent well way of multilayer commingled producing well has showed significant advantages than traditional commingled production.In most reservoirs are multilayer system,multilayer commingled mode of mining is often used to improve the single well production,but the problems caused by the conventional multilayer commingled production has been plagued production engineer,such as in the production of multilayer commingling production sometimes far below points by the sum of the production of stratification and the interlayer interference,water cut is rising fast.Intelligent well in multilayer commingled,therefore,very suitable for the multi reservoir conditions of China.From the actual situation of oilfield of China,the independent design research and development of intelligent well technology is imperative.By focusing on analysis of intelligent well which belong to international oilfield service companies,found the downhole production fluid flow control system is the core of intelligent well technology and technical bottleneck.In this paper,on the basis of extensive investigation,broke through the key technology of the inflow control valve,and developed the hydraulic control type and electric type two kinds of flow control valves.The electric inflow control valve can combine with the permanent downhole electronic pressure and thermometer which widespread used oilfield of China,and achieve all electronic intelligent well systems,greatly reduce the cost of the intelligent well.Hydraulic control type of inflow control valve has simple structure,stable running,a whole can bear high temperature and pressure,can be used in the wells which deep more than 3000 meters.Hydraulic control type and electric type two kinds of inflow control valves research and development to overcome the bottleneck of intelligent well technology,and breaking the intelligent well technology blockade of international oilfield service companies.Based on the theory analysis of inflow performance of multilayer commingled production in intelligent well to illustrate the regulation mechanism of the reservoir pressure and production of the inflow control valve,using the theory of production engineering,fluid mechanics,and combined with the theory of heat transfer,thermodynamics to establish production calculation model of each layer,solve the problem which the simple intelligent well can't measure production of each layer,obtained the necessary production data which drawing curves of inflow performance relationship of multilayer commingled in intelligent well.Through example data of multilayer commingled in the intelligent well validate the correctness of production mathematical model,and combined with the analysis method of inflow performance of multilayer commingled in intelligent well mapped the inflow performance relationship curve of multilayer commingled in intelligent well of M1 and analyzed,to predict further increase production measures and results.Through the example analysis shows that multilayer commingled in intelligent well technology plays an important role to improve the single well production,the technology is very applicable oilfield development of multilayer system in China.The research of this paper to promote the independent research and development of intelligent well technology in China,for the other intelligent well technology related research to lay a solid foundation,to develop suitable for the intelligence of Chinese oilfield actual demand well technology has important theoretical and practical significance.
