In actual production process,caused by bottom water coning phenomenon of reservoir water,this kind of phenomenon will be more and more serious,which tend to increase the crude extract,increase production cost,reduce the mining efficiency.In order to reduce the level of oil effluent,on the existing basis of the ICD and the ICV,inflow control valve is developed by combining the theoretical knowledge of fluid mechanics.Inflow control valve structure is simple,and it has the advantages of ICD and ICV,can be controlled according to fluid viscosity so as to control water and increase oil.Inflow control valve is a kind of overall structure of the molten weld,the small size of the overall structure,by the discs,base,valve body and the outer lip.Inflow control valve control the opening by the change of fluid viscosity,low viscosity fluid discs tending to be close,high viscosity fluid discs tending to be open,to achieve the goal of water control and oil increasing.Computer fluid simulation is used in the research.Mechanism according to the research results,through the circulation in the Inventor simplified way 3D modeling,meshing,simulation analysis,the simulation to determine the convergence criterion,using the solver tool of inflow control valve by simulating the steady-state performance.The simulation results including corresponding flow field pressure,flow size and viscosity sensitive range show that inflow control valve can control water and increase oil well.The simulation process,by changing the structural parameters of inflow control valve to control water is best,and bring pressure hole can join better tools to achieve the effect of water control,inflow control valve.Reasonable selection of relevant sizes(disc area and pore size,etc.).The influence of fluid density,temperature,differential pressure and other factors on the valve performance of inflow control valve is also studied,which can lay a foundation for similar product development.Finally,the erosion and life span of inflow control valve are analyzed,and the reliability of inflow control valve for the given life under different materials is calculated.Through the three field experiments,and to compare the data with the simulation results,inflow control valve is optimized and improved.
