As one of the most advanced technologies in oilfield development in the word today, the intelligent well technology(IWT) is a technology which can optimize reservoir management,increase recoverable reserves, improve reservoir recovery, and speed up the oil development speed. this technology has been applied abroad since1990s,and has obtained the remarkable result of improving recovery ratios, reducing the workload, and optimizing the whole work. But this do not wide used in our country.The main work of this paper is study the executive part, exactly said this include the structure of the flow control valve and hydraulic control parts of inflow control valve (ICV). In this paper mainly introduces the concrete design scheme of structure design of the flow control valve and hydraulic control circuit. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) According to the characteristics of ICV, we have designed the structure of the valve and choice the metal-to-metal sealing structure, and drawing the2D drawing and3D model by CAD and Proe.(2) According to the characteristics of ICV, a Directional valve have been designed. it used to underground layer selection in multilayer control, it can improve the quantity of production control layer from3to12under three hydraulic pipeline. And in the use of quantitative cylinder, can effectively control the down hole flow control valve throttle position.(3) Taking into account the complex work environment, this paper analysis all part of ICV by used the ANSYS software. The processing of each element to provide effective data support. And analysis the metal-to-metal sealing structure by ANSYS. Explore the main geometric size effect of metal sealing pressure of metal.(4) Established the flow model of ICV, and division of unstructured grid by ICEM, and used fluid analysis software CFX calculated the valve working in different throttle position and different pressure. Obtain the velocity contours and pressure contour in ZTE faces, understand the characteristics of fluid flow in through the control valve. And through the post processing through the control valve flow determines the throttle position in different conditions for software, pressure difference and flow relation, coefficient of flow control valve and calculation.
