With more and more serious ecological environment problems, how to meet the requirements of ecological environment effectively and obtain high efficiency for manufacturing has become a key research topic. There are many regulations and policies is used in the our country, such as "National medium and long-term science and technology development plan outline(2006-2020)", "Twelfth five-year special plan of the green manufacturing technology development(2012)", "Made in China 2025(2015)", "Opinion on quickening construction of ecological civilization(2015)" and " Special action and related regulations for green manufacturing 2016(2016)? and so on. So how to develop the green manufacturing under the ecological footprint becomes an urgent problem. With the supports from the works thatgreen manufacturing under the new civilization which is included in twelfth five-year national planning projects of key book named green economy and green development, national science and technology support project of 11 th five-year plan " Green planning and optimization operation technologyin the production process of manufacturing enterprise(2006 BAF02A03) ", the national natural science fund project " Based on workpiece properties energy consumption to study efficiency method of manufacturing system(51275365), and on the basis of the system engineering, sustainable development theory, ecological economics and other advanced theory, this paper makes anexploratory research on the development and operation of green manufacturing system under ecological footprint.Based on the view Angle of ecological footprint, this paper analyzes the basic connotation of green manufacturing system and determinethe basic contentof its external environment and system operation. In order to simplify the complex network of green manufacturing system, based on the principle of "homomorphism isomorphism", "synthetic element" and "integration field theory ", green manufacturing system integration model is established. Thenit analyzes theinput and output of material quality in the green manufacturing system, and transform them into ecological footprint related to environment, and further evaluate and optimizethe economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit of green manufacturing system. So it can provide referential theories and methods forthe operation of green manufacturing system under ecological footprint.The main contents of this paper are:(1) From the relationship between the manufacture and ecological footprint, the status and role of green manufacturing system under ecological footprint are analyzed. In combination with research situation on related literatureand standard policy inbound and outbound, the theories of "synthesize yuan " and "integration field" areput forwardand the integration of green manufacturing systemis completed. Based on it, the integration model is established which using material flow analysis and ecological footprint analysis method for ecological constraints analysis of green manufacturing system. According to the results of the constraints, the framework for system evaluation and optimization iseventually established.(2) In view of the complexity of the green manufacturing system network under ecological footprint, using the "homomorphism isomorphism" principle, the green manufacturing system is integrated from the perspective of "synthesize yuan " and "integration field". Analyze the integration elements of the system, and establish integrated units model of green manufacturing system. Then based on the dominance analysis of integrated unit, integration model of green manufacturing system under the "integration field" and the joint integration model of green manufacturing system and ecological system are obtained. And further analyze the mechanism in the process of integration and put forward the corresponding strategy from improving the quality of disposable resources integrated unit and unit integrated acceleration and shorten the integrated unit of distance between the integration of three aspects.(3) On the basis of system integration, it establishes the corresponding external environment model. Then while the inputs and outputsgo back to natural ecological environment, the material flow analysis model is established. Using the ecological footprint method the inputs and outputsare transformed into the ecological footprint ofexternal ecological environment with the corresponding calculation formula, which is the ecological footprint model. Then compared with the ecological carrying capacity of regional environment, obtain the results of the ecological constraint. At last, case studyis made forexplain an specific ecological constraints analysis of green manufacturing system.(4) After the calculation of ecological constraint, evaluation and optimization of green manufacturing system beginwith the high ecological benefits, high economic benefit and social benefit as the goal, and its framework is established under the ecological footprint. Then evaluation index system and the multi-objective optimization model of it are established, finally an agricultural ecological properties of the green manufacturing system as an example is used to validate the framework.
