It aims at exploring the way of construction and operation processes which is suitable for present and future Habitat mode,on the basis of backtracking and reflection on the way of traditional building construction and the operation mode of traditional architecture,which introduces theory and methods of concurrent engineering and digital manufacturing technology into the field of modern architectural systems.Topics studies from three aspects: Information integration Level,applying process planning method,data standards and interface technology of digital manufacturing,combining the existing results of digital design and construction of Architecture,it will build integrated system from digital design to digital constructionand run the building " design-Manufacturing " process,in the traditional sense,which will change the status of separation of design and construction based on the universal level;Organization level,using the method of quality function deployment to shift the design factors from qualitative to quantitative,applying the method of fuzzy clustering analysis to dismantle of Three-Dimensional Digital Model,using Solidworks system to validate and evaluate assemblability,which will expand the integrated building information model from the build phase in the traditional sense to the dismantling and the manufacturing stage,by interdisciplinary teams of division of the structure of building and establishment of data management system,which will run concurrent operations;Materials integration Level,applying renewable energy for power,using the method of laminated object manufacturing technology in manufacturing industry and three-dimensional printing technology to complete the process of material integrating,which will formate the integrated system of low-carbon materials,for changing delamination phenomenon of masonry on the way of supplying energy by traditional fossil fuel.On this basis,it will build the prefabricated construction mode of the partition building structure under concurrent operation mode,by applying integrated system of digital technology and low-carbon materials integrated system.The innovative achievements are mainly embodied in three aspects as follows: Firstly,With process planning of digital manufacturing and data exchange technologies,optimizing integrated path from geometric model in digital design systems to numerical control processing model in the device,it will complete the division of building modules and levels of dismantling and run " Design-Build " integration process;Secondly,using interdisciplinary teams on the basis of integrated platform of building information modeling for cooperative work,by the method of quality function deployment,data management system,proces s modeling technology,it integrate operation mode of concurrent construction;Thirdly,combining the disciplines of architecture,on the basis of integrated construction process and concurrent operation mode,applying the method of fuzzy clustering analysis to divide modular and using Solidworks system to validate and evaluate assemblability,it build the prefabricated construction mode in distributed environments.
