There is an increasing recognition that networked manufacturing is a necessary condition for competitiveness. Changes in the business environment represented by tough competition and variation on customer requirement are driving manufacturing organization to adopt the concept of networked manufacturing. The utilization of information system such as ERP system in networked manufacturing environment (NMERP) is to improve business operations. NMERP system is regarded as enablers and facilitators of networked manufacturing. It is important to mention that collaborative business process integration and reconfiguration plays a significant role in the sense that the NMERP system may be needed to keep the extended enterprise in networked manufacturing environment fully operation. So, the collaborative business process integration and reconfiguration techniques of the NMERP are focused on.The main contents and achievements of the dissertation are summarized as follows:1. Composing elements and realization mechanism of the NMERP System are proposed in the first instance. The system control model of the NMERP is also put forward, which adapts to the organizing framework and business process characteristic of extended enterprise. A framework of the system with characteristics of opening, dynamic and group decision is established. Based on the above research, the architecture of the system is then set up which comprises logic architecture, software architecture, computing architecture and network topology architecture.2. According to the characteristic of the collaborative business process, the control mode of the process based on the Workflow Management System is proposed, which solves the process control problems in extended enterprise effectively. Combining with CORBA Middle-ware, software component and distributed workflow management system, the business process integrating and reconfiguration foundation framework is then set up. And on the basis of technologies integrating CORBA,Java and Web, the distributed networked computing framework is also built. And then the implement method of software component is studied. Integration and reconfiguration of the business process is carried out effectively based on the foundation framework.3. A business process modeling approach of the NMERP system based on the integrating UML and Generalized Stochastic Petri nets(GSPN) is proposed including modeling, performance evaluation and numerical analysis. The approach adopts both top-down disassembly modeling method and bottom-up synthesis modeling method. The process model according to the characteristic of extended enterprise is set up which includes both general model for interaction process in extended enterprise and local model for node process in own enterprise. The dynamic property of the model is realized utilizing UML multi-view descriptions which relating with roles, members, resources and tasks.4. Approaches of process simulation and performance evaluation are proposed. Reach-ability analysis method of Petri Net is used to simulate the business process model. By utilizing the equivalence relationbetween GSPN and Markov chain, a performance evaluation method of process model is put forward, which combines GSPN and Markov chain to analyze the performance of process model effectively. The approaches of simulation and performance evaluation are the effective analysis tools for the implement and optimization of the business process model.5. The architecture of Workflow Management System that supports the NMERP system is studied and established. Based on the architecture, the Workflow Management System can be deployed according to network node. So, security performance and implement efficiency of Workflow Management System are improved.6.
