Research On Mechanism And Decision-Making Between Safety Input And Performance In Construction Enterprise:the Perspective Of Safety Behavior

As our country entering into the rapid development stage,infrastructure construction which results from investment pulling and urbanization facilities establishment has become the main factor to fuel economic growth.But the number of construction accidents is very high when we are implementing the large-scale construction.From 2008,the total accidents happened in housing municipal engineering has declined below 1000,however,although the tendency of the total number is decreasing,the number of construction accidents is high,and the tendency was showed in some specific area.There are many reasons which caused the construction firm accidents happened frequently,such as insufficient safety investment,irrational allocation of safety investment,weak consciousness of personnel security,and ineffective rulers of safety behavior and normalized accident hidden dangers.Taking these problems into consideration,the paper which takes the safety behavior as its entry point deeply analyses the mechanism of the factors of safety investment function on safety performance,and provides theoretical supports for construction firms to make safety investment decisions and to improve the level of employee safety behavior and safety performance.The first part of this article is to analyze the constitution factors of safety investment,safety behavior and safety performance.Based on the specific research on the constitution factors of safety investment and safety behavior,the paper adopted the theories and methods of structural model and combines the opinions of expert interviews and found that there could be divided into 5 gradations between the firm safety investment 15 factors),employee safety behavior(2 factors)and safety performance(1 factor),and the conclusion shows that the factors of safety investment have interactions within them and safety behavior play the intermediary role between safety investment and safety performance.The second part of this article is the analysis of function mechanism of safety investment,safety behavior and safety performance.Based on the gradation structural model above and provided the relative assumptions,this article conducts the empirical analysis with the relative data acquired through investigating construction projects and with intermediary function of safety participation behavior and safety obedience behavior using the theories of structural equation,and the conclusion shows that safety participation behavior plays the intermediary role in safety education investment,safety propaganda investment,safety supervision investment,safety institution investment,environmental management investment and labor hygiene protection investment and shows that safety obedience behavior plays the intermediary role in safety supervision investment,safety institution investment and safety performance.The third part of this article constructs the SVM which can efficiently analyze the non-linear relationship between safety investment and safety performance of construction firms,and we can use this model to practice stimulating and forecasting on safety investment and safety performance.The safety investment of construction firm involves lots of aspects and its influencing relationship with safety performance is not simply linear,and this article constructs the forecasting model concerning safety investment and safety performance using the theories of SVM,which shows high degree of fitting and forecasting accuracy,and this article tests and verifies the practical applicability and effectiveness of this model through example verification.
