The Study On Mechanism Of Action Between Safety Climate And Employee Safety Behavior Of Construction Enterprises

Many studies have shows that safe climate has significant effect on safety behavior, build a good safe climate, can reduce the unsafe behavior of employees. But concluded that we found the research areas are mainly concentrated in industries such as manufacturing, coal industry, aviation industry and chemical industry, and the study on relation between the safe climate and safety behavior in construction enterprise is very less, the study of construction enterprises hardly in the blank, especially the empirical studies are very scarce. So as a construction that which has enterprise safety awareness and require high quality of employees, if there is a interaction relationship between safety climate and safety behavior? If it is, how to influence each other between the safe climate and safety behavior? How to build a satisfactory safe climate in construction enterprise?This study attempts to our country construction enterprise as the research object, constructs the safe climate and employee safety behavior theory model on the basis of related research, reference mature scale and combined with the actual situation of construction enterprise in production, design to safety atmosphere and employee safety behavior questionnaire in construction enterprise, then the investigation and analysis was carried on. Through the survey data of safe climate and safety behavior, using the method of descriptive statistics, factor analysis and structural equation model by statistical analysis software of spss 19.0 and amos 17.0, analyzed the each factor relationship between the safe climate and safety behavior in construction enterprise, and the research hypotheses are verified. Then through the analysis of research conclusion, verified the research hypothesis and conceptual model is rationality, confirmed the mechanism of action between safety climate and employee safety behavior of construction Enterprises. Finally, this paper put forward that Some management strategies and Suggestions.
