Research On The Planning Response Of The Transformation Of China's Urban-rural Spatial Relations

The relationship between urban and rural areas is the key research topic of urban and rural planning,geography,economics and other disciplines.China's urban-rural relationship has experienced a twists and turns of the development process,from isolation to integration.In the 21 st century,urban and rural areas have become the new theme of social and economic development in our country.They have appeared in the policy documents of all levels of government,which embodies the importance of urban-rural relations research.Facing the transformation of urban-rural relations in the new era,how to deal with urban and rural planning is an important research topic in the current urban and rural planning circles.This paper takes the "urban-rural spatial relations" as the starting point,analyzes the historical evolution process,the spatial scale characteristics and the existing urban and rural spatial development problems of urban and rural spatial relations in China,and puts forward the planning response path of urban-rural spatial relations change The paper analyzes the historical development process of urban and rural spatial relations in Tianjin,discusses the transition trend of urban and rural spatial contact and interaction,and the urban and rural spatial planning measures in response to this transformation characteristic.The theoretical significance of this study is using the research process of "theory-empirical" and the research paradigm of "process-trend-response".From the perspective of the theoretical research,this paper conducts the research of urban-rural spatial relation transformation and urban-rural planning response,to make up for the lack of the research on urban-rural spatial relations,improve the theoretical framework and system of urban-rural spatial relationship study.On the basis of the study of urban and rural spatial relations,the paper carries out a certain expansion and try,especially the construction of urban and rural planning response system,in order to enrich the content of theoretical study of urban-rural relationship.The research conclusion and the empirical research results of this study have important practical value,which can provide certain reference for the transformation of urban-rural planning practice from the choice of the form of planning,the determination of the basic spatial unit,urban and rural space development strategy,changes of urban and rural planning system,and many other aspects.In this paper,the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research is used.Firstly,the research progress and related basic theory are summarized,and the perspective of this paper is put forward.Secondly,it draws lessons from the practical experience of planning and transformation of urban and rural spatial relations at home and abroad.Thirdly,it analyzes the historical process of the change of urban-rural spatial relations,the multi-angle judgment of the evolution of urban-rural spatial relations,the spatial scale characteristics of urban-rural relationship transformation,the present situation and problems of the evolution of urban-rural spatial relations.Fourthly,based on the above analysis,this paper constructs the research system of urban and rural planning response from the aspects of urban and rural planning form selection,basic planning spatial unit determination,county-level unit urban and rural integrated strategy formulation,legal and legal system construction,Constraints and other three aspects of urban and rural planning response to the practical measures,research systems and practical measures together constitute the urban and rural planning response system.Finally,taking Tianjin as an example of empirical research,this paper analyzes the urban and rural economic relations in Tianjin,the relationship between urban and rural areas,especially the changes of urban and rural spatial relations,and then puts forward the response path of urban and rural planning from the perspective of urban-rural spatial relations,The transformation of the target,the integration of urban and rural planning to determine the county level of space units,county-level integration of urban and rural development planning strategy,urban and rural construction land co-ordination arrangements,urban and rural planning system innovation and reform of five aspects.The main conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)The article puts the urban and rural integration plan into the statutory plan and constructs the urban and rural law system which accords into the urban and rural integration planning.(2)This paper puts forward that the county-level unit is the basic space unit of urban-rural integration planning from macro-and micro-perspective.(3)In this paper,the author uses the method of stacking analysis and kernel density analysis to explore the pattern change of urban and rural construction land expansion.
