Photosynthesis is the foundation of crop yield.The photosynthetic characteristics of Glycine soja and its hybrids with Glycine were studied in order to deepen the understanding of physiological characteristics,adaptive capacity and production potential,and provide guidance for the selection of a rational cultivation methods.In this experiment,2 varieties and 12 strains that were obtained by crossing Glycine soja and Glycine max were selected as the research object and the male parent Glycane Sofa useds as control.All test materials were planted in 2017 in Chajintai Ranch,Tongliao City,soil conditions,environmental conditions and management conditions are the same.The net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,intercellular CO2concentration,stomatal conductance,water use efficiency,SPAD value,specific leaf weight,leaf nitrogen content and other photosynthetic characteristics of different varieties?strains?and Glycine soja leaves in different months were compared.The monthly variation of photosynthetic parameters of different hybrid soybeans and Glycine soja were studied.The relationship among the above eight photosynthetic parameters was clarified.At the samen time,the photosynthetic indicators that had significant effects on grain yield?grain weight and hay weight?were also clearly defined.The results showed:1.The photosynthetic characteristics of hybrid soybeans and Glycine soja showed different degrees in different periods.The photosynthetic ability of hybrids were significantly stronger than that of paternal Glycine soja.The 15 tested varieties?strains?can be divided into 5 groups at seedling stage,5 types in flowering stage,3 in podding stage,and 4 in mature stage.The photosynthetic capacity of 0004?9004?shifan?9006?600?9002?9008?9010 were stronger.2.The phenological variations trend of different photosynthetic parameters was different,and the phenological variations of the same parameter for different soybeans were also different.3.Photosynthetic characteristics of all hybrids and wild soybeans were significantly correlated with net photosynthetic rate.The transpiration rate,SPAD value,stomatal conductance,water use efficiency,and leaf nitrogen content of hybrid soybeans and Glycine soja had extremely significant positive correlation with net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and specific leaf weight had significant positive correlation with net photosynthetic rate?4.The main factors affecting hay weight varied in the seeding stage was specific leaf weight and the flowing stage was net photosynthetic rate and water use efficiency.The main factors influencing the grain weight of the tested materials in the seeding stage were specific leaf weight,in the flowing stage were net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate,in the podding stage were net photosynthetic rate and in the mature stage were transpiration rate,and leaf nitrogen content.
