Studies On The Constituents From Dictamnus Dasycarpus And Rehmannia Glutinosa

Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.,a traditional medicinal herb,has been used to treat skin diseases,rheumatism,jaundice and cough.Recently studies had shown that it was of liver protection,neural protection and anticancer effect..In order to search for the active natural constituents from the title plant,we had done the thorough phytochemical study.Thirty four compounds were isolatied and identified from the roots barhs of Dictamnus dasycarpus by repeated silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,prepared HPLC.They were as followed:dictamnaindiol(1),dictamnadiol(2).dasycarpusenester A(3),dasycarpusester B(4),dasycarpusacid(5),isodasycarpusacid(6),dasycarpusester C(7),dictamnabenacid A(8),dictamnabenacid B(9),dictamnabenacid C(10),dictamnabenacid D(11),dictamnaine A(12),dictamnaine B(13),dictamnacyline(14),3-(4-carboxy-2-methoxyphenoxy)-4-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzoic acid(15),lyoniresinol(16),psoralic acid(7?1')?-D-gluco pyranoside(17),limonin(18),rutaevine(19),fraxinellone(20),obacunone(21),3-[(1R)-1,2-dihydroxy ethy1]-4-methoxy-2(1 H)-quinolinone)(22),isoplatydesmine(23),dictamnine(24),robustine(25),4-methoxy-2(1H)-quinolinone(26),1H-Indole-3-carboxaldehyde(27),nicotinamide(28),5-hvdroxy nicotintic acid methyl ester(29),5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural(30),5.5'-oxybis(methylene)difurfural(31),vanillic acid(32),syringic acid(33),?-sitosterol(34)?Among them.compounds 1 to 14 were new compounds.Compound 23 is a new nature product,compounds 16,17,22,23,26,27,28,29 were first isolated from this genus.Rehmannia glutinosa belonged to scrpophulariaceae rehmannia genus.According to its processing,fresh dihuang.dry dihuang and cooked dihuang were devided.They mainly used for treatment of disease and health care.To elucidate the material found-ation.ethyl acetate extract of ethanol extracts from Rehmannia glutinosa rootswas isolated and 18 compounds were obtained and identificated.They were as followed:martynoside(35),acteoside(36),kankanosideG(37),LeucosceptosideA(38),isomartynoside(39),isoacteoside(40),salidroside(41),rehmannioside A(42)rehmannioside B(43),dibutyl phthalate(44),succinic acid(45),adenine;6-aminopurine(46),6-methylpyridin-3-ol(47),5-hydroxyl-2-hydroxyl methyl pyridine(48),adenin(49),uridine(50),7-hydroxy isoquinoline(51)?-sitosterol(52),all were known.
