Short Term And Long Term Effect Of Qilin Pills Combined With Touching Three Peaks And Filtering Therapy(chinese Ancient Fangzhongshu Therapy)for The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation:A Randomized Controlled Study

Qbjective:To evaluate the short term and long term effect of Qilin Pills combined with Touching Three Peaks and Filtering Therapy(Chinese Ancient Fangzhongshu Therapy)for the treatment of non-consolidated kidney qi premature ejaculation patients.Methods:Totally 280 non-consolidated kidney qi PE patients(preliminary premature ejaculation 123,acquired premature ejaculation 157)were randomly divided into Fangzhognshu group,Qilin Pills group and combination group.Of all the 123 preliminary premature ejaculation patients,14 lost contraction,Fangzhognshu group 37 samples,Qilin Pills group 36 samples and combination group 36 samples completed all the clinical evaluation.Of all the 157 preliminary premature ejaculation patients,20 lost contraction,Fangzhognshu group 45 samples,Qilin Pills group 45 samples and combination group 47 samples completed all the clinical evaluation.The Fangzhognshu group was guided to conduct Touching Three Peaks and Filtering Therapy during sexual intercourse,no less than twice a week.The Qilin Pills group was given Qilin Pills,6 g each time,three times a day,orally.The combination group was given Qilin Pills and Touching Three Peaks and Filtering Therapy with the same method as Fangzhognshu group.The treatment course for each group lasted for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment of 4 weeks,8 weeks,12weeks after withdrawal and 24 weeks after withdrawal,the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time(IELT),Chinese Index of Sexual Function for Premature Ejaculation-5(CIPE-5)scores,TCM Syndrome scores(TCMS),the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were recorded to evaluate the effectiveness.Results:After 4 or 8 weeks of treatment,every aspect of the IELT,CIPE-5,TCMS,HAMD and HAMA of the Qilin Pills group and combination group were all improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After 4 or 8 weeks of treatment,only the IELT,CIPE-5 scores,the main syndrome score of premature ejaculation of TCMS,HAMD and HAMA of the Fangzhongshu group were all improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).While the other parts of the TCMS were partly improved until 12 or 24 weeks after withdrawal compared with the before treatment.The scores of the partner's satisfaction of the Fangzhongshu group were better than the Qilin Pills group through all the stages.12 or 24 weeks after withdrawal,every aspect of the IELT,CIPE-5,TCMS,HAMD and HAMA of the Qilin Pills group were never improved compared with before treatment(P>0.05),which was lack in long term effect.12 or 24 weeks after withdrawal,the IELT,CIPE-5 scores,TCMS,HAMD and HAMA scores of the Fangzhongshu group and the combination group were better than before treatment(P<0.05),which pointed out that all of them had satisfied long term effectiveness.12 or 24 weeks after withdrawal,the IELT,CIPE-5 scores,TCMS,HAMD and HAMA of the the combination group were even better than both the Fangzhongshu group and Qilin Pills group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Qilin Pills combined with Touching Three Peaks and Filtering Therapy has definite short term and long term effect for the treatment on non-consolidated kidney qi premature ejaculations patients,which deserves wide clinical promotion and application.
