Shengxun(??)is the one of the more popular explanation mode in Han Dynasty. Previous studies of shengxun, has been involved in aspects of the noumenon and applications. Although some studies have made great achievements, it still have many deficiencies. Research on ontology of shengxun, had been involved in the definition, the forms, the terms, the types and etc. Research on application of shengxun, had been involved in vocabulary, phonological, and doctrine preaching. In previous studies, most of the object based on one book, among them, BaiHuTong(?????), ShuoWenJieZi (??????) and ShiMing(????)are the most studied. With only shengxun to study the rhyme system in Han is more rare. If we want to accurately study the characteristics of rhyme system in Han, we need a lot of material as the base. So, it is necessary to finishing the information of shengxun in Han and summary up the characteristics of them. We also need to analysis the characteristics of the rhyme and explore the worth of shengxun in rhyme system. We collected seven thousand examples of shengxun, which followed a uniform standard. In terms of rhyme system investigation, these materials can explain some of the problems. This article is divided into two parts, one part is shengxun's material collection, and the theoretical study of shengxun. Another part is the research on application of shengxun. This content is divided into five chapters. Chapters ? and ? are the theoretical study of shengxun. Chapters ?, ? and ? are the applications study of shengxun. These three chapters are the core of this article. The reason for this is, predecessors have done a lot of valuable work in the Han's rhyme research. But from the point of view of overall, the research of this regard is still weak. Based on the lack, we only proceed from the material of shengxun, to illustrate the characteristics of the Han's rhyme. Each sections as shown below.Chapter I is the introduction of shengxun in the Han Dynasty. We mainly discussed the nature and criteria of shengxun, the source of our materials, and the collection ordinance. We believed that, shengxun is an exegetic mode, which use the words sound the same, or do the sounds of interpretation. The purpose of this mode is to explain the etymology, or to interpret the doctrine. When we determine the voice relationship between shengxun's two words, we use Wang Li's ancient sound system. After the determination of shengxun's nature and criteria, we explained the source and the ordinance of the materials. The materials of this article are from texts and annotates of the Han Dynasty.Chapter ? is the research of the forms, the characteristics and the influences of shengxun. We found that, different works have different explanation content, the language interpretation is also different, some of them are very simple, some very detailed.Chapter ? is to illustrate the relationship between the yu(?)rhyme and the hou(?)rhyme in Han based on shengxun. About this issue, predecessors have different perspectives. There are two mainly differences, first, in the Han Dynasty, these two rhymes are combined into one or not. Second, if not, the yuj(?1)and the yu2(?2)is combined into one or not. For these problems, we will divide the chapter into three sections to discuss. Section one is the previous studies. Section two is the study of the relationship between the yu(?)rhyme and the hou(?)rhyme in poetry materials. Section three is the study of the relationship between the yu1(?1)and the yu2(?2). We confirmed that, these two rhymes are not combined into one.Chapters IV is the study of shengxun and the zhi{?)rhyme. The content is divided into three sections. Section one is the previous studies. Section two is the study of the relationship between zhi(?)rhyme and hai(?)rhyme in the ancient zhi(?) rhyme. Our conclusion is, before the Qin Dynasty, zhi(?)rhyme and haii(?)rhyme are still in the ancient zhi{?) rhyme, in the Han Dynasty, the two rhymes are separated, in the Wei and Jin Dynasty, these two are separated thoroughly. Section three is the study of the relationship between zhi(?) rhyme and you(?)rhyme. We found that, in the mixing examples of zhi{?) rhyme and you(?)rhyme, zhi(?)rhyme and you(?)rhyme are the most. The you{?)rhyme in the middle ages is merged by them.Chapter V is to illustrate the relationship between the zhi(?)rhyme and the wei (?)rhyme in Han based on shengxun. The content is divided into three sections. Section one is the previous studies. Section two is the study of the relationship between the zhi(?)rhyme and the wei(?)rhyme in poetry materials. Section three is the study of the relationship between the zhi(?)rhyme and the wei(?)rhyme in shengxun materials. The materials shows that, zhi(?) rhyme and wei(?)rhyme are separated in the Han Dynasty, the same as zhen(?)rhyme and wen(?)rhyme, zhi(?)rhyme and wu(?)rhyme. In this article, we used three main methods. First, the statistics method. We analyzed thousands of examples of shengxun, and put these examples into database. Then, we analyzed and made a comparison of these data, for the qualitative and quantitative study further. Second, the sound and meaning proof simultaneously method. When we analyses the examples of shengxun, we need to verify the relationship between sound and meaning of cognates. In this case, we use the sound and meaning proof simultaneously method. In proving the sound, we use Wangli's rhyme system as standard. In proving the meaning, we use Wangning's sememe analyze method as standard. Third, the material comparison method. Predecessors in the study of rhyme characteristics, always based on the poetry materials in Han. However, we based on the shengxun materials. The conclusion of these two materials are very different. In this case, we analyzed the different materials with the material comparison method. The aim is to find the cause of the different.Innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following three points.First, the material collections of shengxun are comprehensively. We study the materials as a whole part. Predecessors always based on one book to study shengxun. Although these studies have related to the noumenon, the etymology, the literature and the philosophy, but the whole study is lacking. Based on this, we conducted a comprehensive finishing of shengxun, and summed up all its features. To further explore the value of its phonology.Second, in the application of shengxun, we use these materials comprehensively. Predecessor's study always based on poetry materials. Although the material is very important, shengxun cannot be discarded. This article will use of these materials to re-examination the relationship between the rhymes in the Han Dynasty.Third, in particular conclusions, we draw three main conclusions. First, in the period of the Han Dynasty, the yu rhyme and the hou rhyme are very different, they are not in one rhyme. At the same time, the yuI(?,)rhyme and the yu2(??)rhyme are also not merged as one rhyme. Second, the zhi(?)rhyme and the hai(?)rhyme are separated in the Han Dynasty, especially in the Eastern Han Dynasty. However, whether the Pre-Qin or the Han Dynasty, there are still some representations of the zhi rhyme and the hai rhyme. We believe that, the historical sound change is the most important reason. This reason can be found in shengxun and the poetry materials. Third, the zhi(?)rhyme and the wei(?)rhyme are separated in the Han Dynasty. Correspondingly, the zhi(?)rhyme and the wu(?)rhyme, the zhen(?)rhyme and the wen(?)rhyme are also separated. We conclude that, the contradictory sound phenomenon in different materials, is caused by different standard in font and phonological.
