In this paper, Fang Dongmei, Mou Zongsan, Xu Fuguan, Tang Junyi, the representative figure of Modern Neo Confucianism of Hong Kong and Taiwan for the study of Chuang-tzu as the research object, its main contents are as follows:The first chapter discusses the research on Chuang-tzu's philosophy. Fang Dongmei's interpretation of Chuang-tzu's philosophy is mainly focused on three aspects, the first is Chuang-tzu's outlook on life.
