As a historical monument of ancient Confucianism,the Yangmingnism had far-reaching social influence in the past,and today it is also favored by a lot of scholars at home and abroad.As everyone knows,the criticism and the inheritance of traditional moral education resources have always been an important part of ideological and political education.With the extension of the intuitive knowledge being the core content,the Yangmingnism contains rich resources of ideological and moral education,and it has important reference value for the moral decline of society,the annihilation of public intuitive knowledge and the low effect of school moral education at present.In addition,the academic study of the Yangmingnism,according to the literature review,is mostly from a philosophical perspective or a historical perspective,in-depth study from a combined perspective of both ethics and education is limited.Based on above understanding,this dissertation tries to explore the real value of Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought by studying the current pressing problems which must be improved in school moral education studying,and an in-depth study of the specific content of Wang's moral education thought.In this dissertation,Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought includes the basic theories,principles and methods of moral cultivation that were said to his disciples in his teaching.In order to present a complete picture of Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought and its characteristics accurately,first of all,this study discussed the subjective factors,the main theoretical origin and the historical background of Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought,and also combed the historical path of the his thought.Secondly,starting from the basic categories of Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought,this study analyzed the structure of his thought in detail from the logical starting point(mind is principle),the core content(the extension of the intuitive knowledge),the ultimate pursuit(the sage personality),the design of path(the moral practice)and the method(the unity of knowing and doing).Thirdly,for the sake of grasping the exact connotation and spiritual essence,and reflecting the theoretical characteristics of "the unity of knowing and doing",this research investigated the actual development of Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought,such as children education thought,gentlemen's study and social instruction thought.Apparently it is beneficial to deepen the scholars' cognition of Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought.Besides,in order to discover the contemporary value of Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought,this dissertation objectively analyzed his thought from a realistic and critically inherit viewpoint.Therefore,this research not only fully confirmed the shines of Wang Yang-ming's thought,but also pointed out his limitations clearly.Lastly,by analyzing the realistic situation of moral education,especially the new problems and new challenges that school moral education must be up against,we can gain some beneficial inspiration in enhancing the pertinence and actual effect of school moral education from Wang Yang-ming's moral education thought.For example,we should pay great attention to consolidating the position of moral education and implement the moral education first principle by "valuing the relationship between students'ability and their moral quality",carry out and implement the principles of moral education actually,especially the consistency of every link's goal in the process of moral education,review the order of moral education content and strengthen the basic role of conscience education,integrate the ways of moral education actively and pay close attention to guiding the students;introspection,try our best to open up the path of moral education and practice the moral education idea of "everychere may be a good educational opportunity".
