The first chapter in this paper elaborates the temporal and spatial scope of this research, defines research object, sorts out brief history of relevant academy, introduces research method and puts forward research target.Started with comparing pottery characteristics, the chapter 2-5 in this paper judge the time of relevant units so as to group related ruins.Based on making out the correspondence of various groups, the cultural connotation is analyzed, cultural age is divided and cultural time is deduced. In this way,the feature, aging and time of archaeological cultural relics in Neolithic Age before BC 5000 in Northeast China,Haihe basin, and middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River as well as Huaihe River are studied to establish the chronological sequence of each area.According to the archaeological cultural relics in Neolithic Age before BC 5000 in the four regions or horizontal comparative research on the time of archaeology cultural age, chapter 6 divides archaeological cultural relics into four development stages: earlier Neolithic Age(BC 11000~7000),earlier Chahai Period(BC 7000~6200),middle Chahai Period(BC 6200~5500)and late Chahai Period(BC 5500~5000).It summarizes and compares the characteristics in each stage to build up the temporal and spatial framework of archaeological cultural relics in Neolithic Age before BC 5000 in Northern China.Under this framework and on the premise of time sequence as well as geographical relationship, this chapter compares the kinship relations of relevant archaeological cultural relics in pottery shape, decoration and combination characteristics.Through analyzing origin pedigree pattern,it partitions archaeological culture into four major cultural systems, including tube-shaped jar cultural system in northeast area,Yu(basin)cultural system in Haihe basin,pot-tripod-kettle cultural system in central China and Guanzhong Area in middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, cauldron cultural system in Haidai Region;besides, the middle and lower reaches of Huaihe River belongs to cauldron cultural system in earlier and middle Chahai Period, and it belongs to pot-tripod-kettle cultural system in late Chahai Period.Through the temporal and spatial framework system established in above test, chapter 7 discusses the communication, integration, expansion and migration among the relevant archaeological cultural relics in four regions under different development stages. Moreover,it surveys the time features of cultural development trend, communication model and pattern dynamics.Thereafter, this paper argue that Earlier in Neolithic Age,the neolith relics about ten thousand years ago are discovered in all regions with obvious regional feature, which there is basically no indication of cultural communication. The developments of archaeological culture, earlier in Chahai Period, are relatively balanced and there are few cultural communications among different regions. However, when it comes to the middle and late Chahai Period, the distinction between strong and weak is prominent with widespread cultural expansion, migration as well as substitution, which mainly manifest as Nan Tai Zi Culture in western Liaoning,Xing Long Wa Culture and Pei Li Gang Culture in central China. All these cultures influence peripheral archaeological culture with forming opposite pattern between the south and north regions.
