Happiness is human's forever dream and goal. It is not just the personal feelings of an individual, since it involves human's material, social and spiritual life. It is an individual's general way of living and the highest ideal state of human life, as well as the value of contemporary China Dream. It reflects to what extent people realize the value of themselves, and represents the delight and emotions of an individual. Therefore, happiness involves meaningful values. Influenced by a variety of new social thoughts, modern people chase for a diversity of concepts of happiness. The advancement in technology and the social development greatly challenge the concepts of happiness and its education. It has a great impact on the citizens'spiritual world that how people recognize the ethics, fortune, living styles and aesthetics related with happiness. Hence, it is important to judge people's concepts of happiness rationally and to promote appropriate ones of them. Since the beginning of the education of happiness concepts in our nation, there have been several problems such as lack of people's attention, lack of professional theories of happiness and professional majors, the contents of education being away from real life, and lack of rich education methods. In this sense, the ideological and political education is lacking in the education of happiness concepts, which leads to the trend of passive concepts of happiness. Education of happiness concepts aims to develop the appropriate outlooks of happiness for an individual. It raises people who can create, explore and enjoy their happiness. Happiness is the forever dream of human beings, as well as the final goal of education. Therefore, the contemporary education of happiness concepts should focus more on the feelings of an individual, make the education of happiness concepts beneficial for each individual and the whole society, and guide people with scientific concepts of happiness, which help to realize people's happy life and a peaceful society.Education of Marxist concept of happiness regards Marxist concept of happiness as its content, realizing the sense of happiness of individual and society as its goal and the evaluation for the education effect. It educates people to have appropriate concept of happiness, to develop recognition, practical ability and psychological states in feeling, experiencing, controlling and creating happiness. It is an important part of the ideological and political education. The fundamental idea and purpose of Marxist concept of happiness is that happiness is created though spontaneous work. The happiness of an individual can only be realized in the work and devotion for community and society, and it further itself to realize the free and comprehensive development of an individual. Marxist concept of happiness is based on the orientation of historical materialism. It aims to liberalize human race and realize the happiness of human beings. It eliminates the defects of asceticist, hedonist, naturalist and religionist concepts of happiness so as to develop human's dream for happiness towards a new theoretical level. As a systematic theory, it contains scientific proof, political connotation, life meanings, fortune dimensions, ethic meanings, ecosystem construction and aesthetic direction, which is a multi-dimension living style and system. It not only is a scientific and positive concept of happiness, deprived of the passive aspects of the contemporary passive concept of happiness, but also is the theoretical resource to the core values of socialism. It will surely become the most significant and scientific part of contemporary education of happiness concepts owing to its scientific, appropriate and realistic nature.The development of positive psychology started its thoughts and movements in Western academic world between late 20th century and early 21st century. It overcomes the disequilibrium that scientism psychology focuses too much on mental illness by looking into good personalities, activating potential energy and considering individual's orientation and with the perspective of guiding human's final happy life and the inner combination with the contemporary ideological and political education and the education of Marxist happiness concepts. It not only represents a new perspective for the application of present education of happiness concepts, but also is the contemporary request for education of happiness concepts. In education ideal, the positive psychology enlightens that we should transit the value in ideological and political education from drawbacks to advantages, from rules to caring; in the education methods, it enlightens that we should transit the methodology from context books to reality, from concepts to real feelings, from statements to touching; in the education routes, it enlightens that, to improve the effectiveness of the education at present, we should start from the following points:enhancing positive moods, developing positive personalities, constructing positive regulations, optimizing educational markets, setting courses for education of happiness concepts, imposing the combination of cognitive neuro-mechanism and ideological and political education; in the evaluation of education effects, it enlightens that we should consider the sense of happiness as the carrier of the effects, and take advantage of the happiness index and scaling to measure the effect of the happiness education. We absorb the positive psychology in the education of Marxist concept of education and deprive the passive methods and paradigm of focusing on redressing problems in traditional ideological and political education. In this way, we let the education objects truly sense and experience happiness during the education so as to consolidate the psychological confidence, improve the effectiveness of education of Marxist happiness concept, and provide a new perspective and way for the ideological and political education.In this study, we mainly focus on the education of happiness concept, combined with the concepts of happiness in philosophy, the sense of happiness in psychology, and with the problem domain, theoretical perspective, analysis thinking and conception tools of education of happiness concepts in ideological and political education. It represents in detail from a cross-discipline perspective the theoretical and practical study of concept of happiness,its present condition, meaningful value, theoretical references, and the contents, approaches and evaluation of its education. The contribution of this paper is that the Marxism science and active concepts of happiness are considered as the content of the present education of happiness concepts and the education of Marxist happiness concepts is analyzed as a multi-dimension systematic values theory to clarify the theoretical connotation of the education of happiness concepts. We also clarified the role of the concept and the sense of happiness in education of happiness concepts and considered the sense of happiness as the carrier and the evaluation instrument for the education of happiness concepts. The contemporary positive psychological resources and the ideological and political education are combined to propose a practical approach to promote the efficiency of the education of happiness concepts. Meanwhile, we take advantage of the ideas and methods of contemporary positive psychology to propose a carrier and measurement for the education of Marxist concept of happiness, which offers the annalistic instrument for the evaluation of education effect.
