Study On Security Ideology In Cyberspace

Since the advent of Internet technology in 1960 s,the Internet technology has greatly promoted the progress of human society,with a profound impact on the mode of production and life of human society.Cyberspace is the extension of real society.With the development of cyberspace,the security of ideology quickly extends to the cyberspace.Humans must correctly understand and grasp the opportunities and challenges brought by the Internet technology to human society development.Meanwhile,it is necessary to face the complex and grim situation of cyberspace ideology security.In the Internet era,the western countries led by America make "hegemony" in the social reality extend to the cyberspace.With the advantages of economy and technology,these countries are trying to monopoly the global resource—cyberspace.With 700 million netizens,China must innovate and develop Internet economy,promote the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and continue the social consensus to create a good environment of the ideology for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the new situations and problems of the current network ideological security,this paper uses the basic concepts and theories of Marxism covering ideology and Marxist worldviews and methodology to explore the cyberspace construction of the ideological security of China in the new period,with the integrated use of literature research method,comparative research method,case analysis,interdisciplinary research method.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,to comb Marx's theory of ideology.Marx's theory of ideology is gradually formed in the process of criticism on all idealism including "German Ideology".Marx criticized the "German Ideology" just in pure ideological level.He pointed out that as a "false concept system",the ideology puts objective reality and ideology upside down;as dominant ideology,it refers to the ideological system representing the ruling class or interest group who aim to realize the close connection between their own ideas and social and economic development foundation;as thought or idea superstructure,the ideology is truthful reflection of the social reality in the minds.Second,to inspect the opportunities and challenges of current cyberspace ideology security of our country.Admittedly,the Internet technology promoted the great changes and developments of human society.And it provided good opportunities for the construction of cyberspace ideological security,expanded the construction space,increased communication channels and innovated working methods of ideology.At the same time,the Internet technology has brought unprecedented challenges to the socialist ideology construction.For example,the coerced network "public opinion" is not a true expression of public opinion.The network penetrations of social ideological trends such as the historical nihilism,the new liberalism and universal value are becoming increasingly serious.The United States and other western countries attempt to monopolize the right of discourse in network.Network events that occur frequently can evolve into the security events of ideology.In the face of this grim situation,this paper explores why the cyberspace ideological security of our country faces such challenges from the internal and external reasons embracing divergence,contradiction and conflict between socialism and capitalism.Third,to clarify the guiding ideology of cyberspace ideology security construction in China.It is necessary to uphold and consolidate the guiding position of the Marx doctrine,avoiding relaxation and slacking.At present,our country is at a new starting point for the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The ideological work must escort for that,maintaining the overall national security,improving national soft power and promoting the construction of powerful country in network.To achieve this goal,the cyberspace ideology security construction needs to follow certain principles.The cyberspace sovereignty is an important part of national sovereignty,and also is the extension and reflection of national sovereignty in cyberspace.Therefore,we must maintain the national sovereignty of cyberspace.At the same time,our country should insist the principle that our party supervises media and the spirits of party and people must be highly consistent.Fourth,starting from governance system and construction path,this paper explores the covering issues of cyberspace ideological security construction.On one hand,the cyberspace is a new social form.Cyberspace ideology security construction needs the corresponding governance system construction.This paper emphasizes on the combinations of government management and social autonomy,of improving system and improving technology,of domestic governance and international cooperation,and puts forward three levels of governance system,including social governance,national governance and global governance.On the other hand,the spread of mainstream ideology is an important part of Ideological Security.It has a direct impact on the security of national ideology whether the mainstream ideology can spread effectively or not.In the Internet era,the environment,mechanism and other aspects of ideology spread have changed profoundly.The spread of the mainstream ideology in cyberspace must conform to the characteristics of cyberspace and the new law of ideological communication with strategic adjustment and improvement.Under the new situation,the communication subject and discourse construction and technological innovation of the cyberspace ideology are the biggest variables to determine the spread effect of the mainstream ideology in cyberspace.As an important component of overall national security,the security of ideology plays an important role in the process of promoting society stability and power consolidation.It is of special significance to promote the construction of cyberspace ideological security for the great rejuvenation of the nation.This paper concerns the cyberspace safety issues of ideology,which has theoretical values and practical significances for consolidating the leading position of Marxism in the field of ideology and enhancing the ability to construct the cyberspace ideology security of our country.
