| The Palestinian-Israeli peace talk,as a global governance issue,has been lost in security dilemma of violence relying on the traditional zero-sum thinking and path,which is a touchstone test for the international community actors with global influence.This paper takes the Palestinian-Israeli peace negotiations as research object and sort out the promoting peace history of UN,America,EU,Russia,China and other international community in the perspective of global governance theory.In this context,this paper concludes four different modes of promoting peace,as containing mode of UN,leading mode of USA and EU,pragmatic mode of Russia and constructive mode of China.Then we compare the differences and similarities in point of policy,mechanism and project among these modes,evaluate their different effects to promoting peace process,and highlight the unique contribution from Chinese constructive promoting model in policy,system and path.In the end the paper put forward further constructive countermeasures and suggestions,and a natural logic system has been built.The containing mode of UN lies in the fact that execution of a series of UN resolutions would been contained due to the uncooperative US and Israel.The leading mode of USA and EU has its similarities and imparities in the aspects of ideas,mechanism and projects.The former has always played a leading role who stand closer to Israel while the latter initiates economic cooperation and aids as main methods.The pragmatic mode of Russia plays a role as balancer on the basis of its own national interests.Through horizontal comparison and historical analysis,this paper concludes a new Palestinian-Israeli peace resolution,named as constructive mode,aiming at highlighting the constructive significance of Chinese mode in the global efforts to promote Palestinian-Israeli peace negotiations.The mode has its Chinese characteristics and covering aspects of economy,security and humanity.It adheres to promoting peace talks,advocating economic assistance and cooperation,widening people-to-people communication,and deepening peace talks under the framework of the Belt and Road.This provides Chinese experience for the proper settlement of regional hotspot issues,leads a new starting point to co-building the Belt and Road,and offers a new way for China to participate in the global governance. |
