Research On "Three Strict Three Real" Special Education Of The Chinese Communist Party

The key to the success or failure of the cause of the party is the quality of the party members,especially in the quality of cadres which is called“critical minority”.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has always regarded ideological construction as a breakthrough in party building, and make the promotion of the ideals and beliefs of the cadres as the fundamental task of cadre education. The connotation of“Three Strict and Three Real”,that is, “strict to self-cultivation, strict with power, strict to self-discipline, do things with seeking truth from facts, create a cause with responsibilities, to be a loyal and honest person ”, is not only the traditional Chinese culture inheritance, but also highlights new connotation of the times. It is not only an adherence to the fine traditions of the Party's history, but also a new requirement of the times for the ideology and style of the cadres under the current historical conditions.“Three Strict and Three Real”is based on Xi Jinping's pre-judgment and analysis of current international and domestic situation, inside and outside the Party situation, and puts forward the party building theory with pertinence and characteristic of times, seizes the fundamental requirements of being a honest person and cadre.It is the spirit and moral pursuit of the cadre in new period.“Three strict and three real”special education is ideological and political practical education activity with distinctive characteristics of the times, and the successful use of the thought of governing the country of Xi Jinping,which enrich and develop the party building practice theory since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. “ Three Strict and Three Real ” special education is the most realistic, most characteristic and significant ideological and political education activities, and is a major research in ideological and political education field. The study of the special education of“Three Strict and Three Real”could provide the reference for party spirit education activities in the future and broaden the research field of ideological and political education.“ Three Strict and Three Real ” special education is ideological and politicaleducation practice for the cadres in new historical period. Based on the fundamental principles of Marxism, this study follows the ideological and political education as the guide and the theoretical basis, from the perspective of ideological and political education theory, using the basic principles of ideological and political education and the thoughts of ideological education of cadres of the Communist Party of China with rich educational practice material,regarded the identification and disclosure of educational activities to solve the basic contradiction as the logical starting point and basic clues, analyzing “ Three Strict and Three Real ” special education process systematically. On this basis, it summarizes the basic principles of educational activities,abstracts out the basic content and methods of education, discusses the specific laws of educational process, summarizes the basic experience and problems of educational activities. At the same time, through three levels of typical cases of the introduction, the study not only provides evidence, but also enrich the research level. This study also discusses the organization and evaluation of the education activities.This study is divided into four parts:The first part is the first chapter, which mainly explains the topic selection, the research summary and the research plan of this article, and elaborates the reason of the topic selection, the purpose and significance of the research, the research object,research content, research method, ideas and innovation.At the same time, the relevant literature at home and abroad were reviewed.The second part is the second chapter, mainly about the philosophical thought,theoretical basis and sources of official morality of “ Three Strict and Three Real”,including the Marxist philosophy, the proletarian party building theory of Marx and Engels, the Communist Party of China cadre education thought, related principles of ideological and political education, sources of official morality of “ Three Strict and Three Real”.The third part is including the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,which is mainly about the basic contradiction and the other contradictions of the special education of“Three Strict and Three Real”, the analysis of educational process, the basic principles, main contents and basic methods, detail methods and the organization and evaluation of“Three Strict and Three Real”special education activities.This part is the focus of the full text. Through the analysis of a large number of documents, cases,the whole process of the education, the main performance and causesof actions without restriction,this study uses the principle of ideological and political education to analyze and reveal the basic contradiction of the“Three Strict and Three Real”special education.It is the contradiction between the firm ideals and beliefs of the CPC and the shake of ideals and beliefs of some cadres at present; the other contradictions arising from the basic contradiction are the contradiction between the lofty purpose of the CPC and the weak purpose of some cadres at present, the contradiction between the strict disciplines of the CPC and the lacking of discipline view of some cadres at present, the contradiction between the party which create benefits for the people and some cadres with biased view of political achievements; the generalization of the educational content to solve the basic contradiction and other derivative contradictions- ideal belief and moral education, power view and purpose view education, legal system view and discipline view education, the view of loyalty and the view of honest education; the elaboration and revealing of the specific laws to solve the basic contradictions and other contradictions- that is, the law of self-cultivation and supervision of others, the unity of knowledge and practice, and the effect in the same direction.The fourth part is the sixth chapter, about“Three Strict and Three Real”special education basic experience and problems in educational activities.Through the investigation, combing and analysis of "Three Strict and Three Real" special education activities, the study sums up the basic experience and problems of“Three Strict and Three Real”special educational activities.
