On The Effectiveness Of Discourse In The Education Of Ideals And Beliefs Of Party Members And Cadres At The Grassroots Level

Community-level party members and cadres are at the forefront of reform,development and stability and are the most closely connected to the people.In the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,cultivating a contingent of community-level party members and cadres with lofty ideals and firm beliefs is not only the talent support for socialist modernization,but also the talent guarantee for improving and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the country's governance system and capacity.In essence,the research on the effectiveness of discourse in the education of ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres at the grassroots level is a practical process of exerting influence on Party members and cadres at the grassroots level through discourse and carrying out spiritual transformation purposefully and systematically.In this process,we need to fully grasp the operation rules of the ideal belief teaching discourse system,optimize the mode of discourse action,make it fit the thinking schema and acceptance psychology of the party members and cadres at the grass-roots level,and guide individuals to achieve the transcendence from theory internalization to practice externalization.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the research on the discourse validity of the ideal and belief education of the party members and cadres at the grass-roots level and to build a practical discourse validity promotion strategy for strengthening the education of the party's ideal and belief,for implementing the strategic deployment of overall strict governance of the party,and for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation under the strong leadership of the party.On the basis of clarifying the research background and significance of the subject and introducing the existing research results,this article makes a prelim inary discussion on the effectiveness of discourse on the ideal and belief educa tion of grass-roots party cadres in four parts.First,clarify the concepts related to the validity of ideal and belief education discourse,and take the generation,dissemination,acceptance,and evaluation of ideal and belief education discourse effectiveness as the basic dimensions,and demonstrate the coupling conditions between ideal and belief education discourse and grassroots party cadres' ideal and belief education discourse.Second,to sort out the characteristics,functions,and main expressions of the revolutionary discourse during the period of the new democratic revolution,the construction discourse during the period of socialist revolution and construction,the reform discourse during the new period of reform and opening up and the socialist modernization,and the education discourse of ideal and belief in the new era,From the logic of discourse evolution,the historical experience of the education discourse of ideals and beliefs of party members and cadres at the grassroots level is summarized.Thirdly,using statistical analysis methods,the questionnaire survey is used to reveal the overall status and practical dilemma of the discourse effectiveness of ideal and belief education for grass-roots party cadres,and to explore the narrowing of content,unidirectional output,extension of the dissemination field of ideal and belief education discourse and The performance and causes of problems under constraints such as inadequate feedback channels.Finally,the paper puts forward specific strategies and methods based on the problems existing in the discourse of the ideal and belief education of grassroots party members and cadres.On the basis of adhering to the scientific and guiding nature of discourse content,we will enhance the ability to apply new media technologies on the Internet to improve the efficiency of dissemination of ideal and belief education discourse.At the same time,we must pay attention to grasp the accepting psychology of the educated,continuously optimize the discourse environment of ideal and belief education,build a feedback mechanism and evaluation system of discourse effectiveness,and promote the continuous improvement of discourse effectiveness with the benign operation of the discourse operation system.
