Research On The Mechanism Of Public Psychological Stress Disorder And The Assessment Of Situation

In the new century,emergencies,such as natural disasters occur frequently around the world.That the incident left to the people is not only the safety of life and property,but also the long-term mental and psychological trauma.And then,more diseases and other events bring more adverse effects to people's life.Therefore,with the gradual improvement of emergency management,more and more attention has been focused on the study of post disaster public mental health.How to understand the occurrence and evolution of psychological stress after emergencies,and how to improve the public ability of assessment,early warning and intervention become an important research in emergency management.In this paper,based on natural disaster emergency management,social psychology,evolution and evaluation and other related theories,grey complex system science was drawed into psychology,statistics and other areas of the theory,literature retrieval,questionnaire design,grey correlation analysis,structural equation model,markov prediction and bayesian situation assessment were applied,combined with the macro and micro aspects,China's typical case of public psychological stress disorder after emergencies in recent years were deeply analyzed.Firstly,the grey influence degree of the public stress psychological system after the emergency was analyzed.Based on the main features and influence factors of public psychology after emergency,a number of typical cases were selected.From the perspective of public social psychology,hierarchy,public type,social environment,the grey characteristics of public psychological stress was analyzed,the rationality of grey system was demonstrated,and stand in the micro and macro aspects,the grey relational degree of different factors in psychological stress and psychological stress disorder in the system of the public was preliminary determined,and the interaction analysis and evolution mechanism of influencing factors was provided.Secondly,the interaction analysis of the influence factors of the public psychological stress was analyzed.Structural equation analysis was used to study the interaction effects of various influencing factors on the public psychological stress.From the micro perspect,it studied on events,social environment and individual factors of direct and indirect effects on individual psychological stress.From a macro perspect,it studied on events,social environment,emergency response and the loss of peple and economic of direct and indirect effect on group psychological stress,and verified the effectiveness of the model.And then it achieved a comprehensive study on public stress psychology.At the some time,the trend of public psychological stress after emergency was analyzed.According to the influence factors,different roles and early intervention variables,the dynamic evolution of the public psychological stress after the emergency is further embodied.By using the grey system and markov theory,markov's property of the changes of the public psychological stress is expounded,and the model of the influence of evolution is established.It described the dynamic evolution process of individual psychological stress in the influencing factors from the micro perspective,and the trends in the evolution process from the macro perspective of groups,as well as the dynamic stress and the masses of rescue soldiers in different roles,whether the differential evolution of early intervention on the different effects of the public psychological stress evolution.Then,the dynamic evolution of the public stress psychological system under the co action of multi-factors is simulated.This research provides the trend of the development of the public's psychological stress under the emergency,and it can realize the unity of the dynamic and static research.Then,the bayesian situation assessment of the public stress psychology was provided.On the abstract architecture of public psychological stress,using D-S theory of evidence and expert opinion,it proposed the index system of network structure,made the construction of the public psychological stress bayesian network model,and analyzed the situation assessment of the status of the public psychological stress disorder with the joint tree inference,and early warn the possible psychological crisis.Finally,the model is verified and analyzed by GeNIe2.0 software.The model is proved to be practical and practicable.Finaly,psychological assistance and intervention strategies of the public after emergency were made.Based on the previous theory about the public psychological stress factors and evolution,evaluation theory,combined with the reality of the socialdevelopment in our country,it put clearing government responsibility,implementation of rescue plan,and the establishment of the public psychological stress early warning and management system into key areas,and emphasize the importance of social environment.According to the characteristics of the public psychological stress after the emergency,it proposed the targeted and feasible strategies.
