With the increasingly complex environment in modern marine battlefields,a higher requirement for warship formation air defense operations is put forward.Air defense mission planning and damage assessment of warship formation directly determine the survival of the formation and the victory or defeat of the naval battle.Therefore,three key technologies of air defense threat assessment,fire assignment and damage assessment are studied in this paper.First of all,aiming at the characteristics of multi-time and multi-attribute of incoming targets,a warship formation air defense threat assessment method based on dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy group decision-making is proposed.Firstly,a dynamic multi-attribute group decision-making matrix is established,and the dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making evaluation matrix is obtained through the index normalization method.Secondly,index attribute weight,time series weight and decision maker weight are obtained respectively,and the intuitionistic fuzzy multi attribute matrix to be evaluated is obtained by reducing the dimension of dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision matrix two times.Finally,by introducing the intuitionistic fuzzy cross-entropy distance,the traditional VIKOR method is improved to evaluate the intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision matrix to get the result of threat degree ranking.The simulation results show that the proposed method has better evaluation effect in dynamic battle environment.Secondly,aiming at the problem that traditional BBO algorithm is poor in learning ability and likely to appear “premature” phenomenon,a firepower allocation of warship formation air defense is proposed based on improved migration operator BBO algorithm.First of all,a mathematic model of air defense firepower distribution of warship formation based on combat effectiveness,defensive efficiency and combat cost is established.Secondly,the closure of traditional BBO migration operator is proved,and the reason that BBO algorithm is easy to be “premature” is analyzed.Then,a BBO algorithm with random topological structure and adaptive learning ability migration operator is proposed.Finally,the simulation of firepower distribution shows that the improved BBO algorithm has faster convergence speed and more obvious optimization effect.Then,Aiming at the problem of air defense and weapon damage assessment of warship formation,a damage assessment method based on Bayesian network is proposed.Firstly,the paper analyses the characteristics of incoming air target and extracts damage assessment index.Secondly,a Bayesian network damage evaluation model is established and the actual damage level is determined according to the principle of maximum probability.Finally,the simulation results show that Bayesian network algorithm can effectively evaluate the damage level.Finally,a warship formation of air defense assistant decision platform is designed and developed.The platform integrates the functions of threat assessment,fire distribution and damage assessment.It can carry on the research of algorithm simulation and provide auxiliary decision support for combat commanders.
