City Emergency Situation Affected Staff Evolution And Mechanism Of Behavior Analysis

In recent years, frequent urban public emergencies have brought severe influences to our life and devastating hazards to the society. Thus it’s with urgent needs to reduce the harmful effects resulted from emergencies by increasing the capability of settling the emergencies.This thesis centers on the investigation of emergency situation evolution and corresponding human behavioral mechanism. By clarifying the emergency evolution mechanism and behavior pattern of the people involved, we provide the theoretical supports for the decision-making of emergencies. Following are the main research findings in this work:On the base of analyzing self-organization, system dynamics and relative research results, we investigate the emergency system evolution characteristics and the behavioral patterns of emergency entity, from which a theoretical framework for emergency response is proposed.Referring to the research results of emergency situation evolution, an analysis frame for situation evolution is presented and a socio-physical model is established, on behalf of which the mechanism of posture regulation and control is further put forward. Based on the systematical analysis of emergencies, a system dynamic model is constructed by incorporating the theory of system dynamics. This thesis also sums up the mechanisms for principle, theoretical, on-stream and operational conditions through the analysis of common mechanism of emergencies.The special mental and physical behaviors of the emergency-affected people are analyzed, which are treated as impact factors in the proposed rooting model. An emergency perceptive model is also established by inspecting the sense of people towards emergencies. Meanwhile, a model for behavioral decision-making is proposed according to related theories.Taking the two factors, the special behaviors of emergency-affected people and the change and mechanism of emergency situation evolution, which affect the emergency decision-making into consideration, we propose the general framework for emergency processing. By introducing the research results into the analysis of mall bombing in Luzhou, Sichuan Province, the methodology and emergency processing framework in this thesis are nicely verified, testifying its efficiency and significance in guiding the processing of emergencies.The above-mentioned research results replenish the current investigation of emergency decision-making. Rooted in the inner mechanism and fully consideration of the situation and behaviors of people, the emergency work turns to be more practical and reasonable, exhibiting good reference value and realistic importance for future emergency processing works.
