Study On The Normalization Of Party Style Construction In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

The Party's style of work in colleges and universities can be manifested not only in the work,learning&life attitude and behaviors of leaders in colleges and universities,Party organizations at all levels and teacher and student Party members,but also can be reflected through the school spirit,learning style,teaching style and so on.The leading system and leading position of the Party,the pioneering role of the Party cadres in colleges and universities have determined the importance of the construction of Party's style in colleges and universities.Based on the basic principles and methods of ideological and political education,this paper analyzes the outstanding problems and the reasons of the normalization of the Party's style construction in the new period through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.It also combines with the knowledge of the Party construction and focuses on discussing how to promote the construction of the Party's style in colleges and universities in the new period and how to realize the normalization.In the new period,the normalization of the Party's style of work in colleges and universities means to pay close and unremitting attention and so as to make the construction of the Party's style of work in colleges and universities regular,common and normal and become an ongoing process.The normalization of the Party's style of work in colleges and universities is a conscious act of the Party based on the continuous development and improvement of the administrative ability.As the style issue is stubborn and repetitive,the formation of a fine style cannot be done once and for all and the bad style cannot be solved overnight.Therefore,the Party should manage the style construction regularly.The resulting management methods,approaches and measures have formed a relatively solid system,gradually shaping the scientific and effective style of the construction system.Hence,the style construction has been developed and improved continuously,which ultimately becomes a normal behavior widely recognized.This process is the normalization of the style construction.The paper points out that the problems of the Party's style of work in colleges and universities in the new period are mainly manifested from five aspects:the ideological style,the learning style,the working style,the leadership style and the life style.These problems mainly include the lack of political belief,the breeding of the formalism and bureaucracy,the spread of the hedonism and extravagance.The main causes of these problems include the unsound construction system of the normalization of the Party's style of work,the imperfect long-term effect mechanism and the lack of ideals and beliefs.The normalization is the inevitable choice to solve the problem of the Party's style in colleges and universities.To realize the normalization of the Party's style of work in colleges and universities,it is necessary to establish a normalized system of the Party's style of work in colleges and universities,to build and improve the long-term effect mechanism of the normalization of the Party's style.It is also necessary to actively play the role of the ideological and political education in the the normalization of the Party's style in colleges and universities.
