A Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of The Migrant Workers In Colleges

At present, there is an increasing number of migrant workers enter colleges to work on food-supply, property management, communication services, etc. The college migrant workers make contribution to our college while also cause problems in many aspects. This paper is to analyze migrant worker’s ideological understanding through the research on college migrant worker’s ideological and political education which aims to incorporate migrant workers into the college and provides a better service for college teachers and students. Besides, it also promotes college’s construction and development and provides theoretic support and practice basis on migrant worker’s self-development. The related data for college migrant workers gathers from many ways, such as investigation, sample questions, data collection, and questionnaire survey. Through arrangement, the college migrant worker’s reality and ideological situation was obtained and through analyzing parts of professional knowledge of ideological and political education, the basic principle of the Marx doctrine, Psychology, the importance of college migrant worker’s ideological and political education, the current situation and the development of migrant workers was got. Finally, college migrant worker’s personal quality can be improved through the establishment of security system, education methods promotion of content and the using of new technology.This paper is divided into five chapters.In this paper, the first chapter is the introduction part which consists of research background, research significance, research status, research methods of four sections that elucidate the origin of the migrant workers; the problems they have brought; why should they take ideological and political education; the latest progress of related research in College Ideological And Political Education of Migrant Workers; to draw a conclusion by obtain data in some methods and take it as a command.The second chapter is divided into four parts, and some have third-level headings. The first one is the connotation and the characteristics of college migrant workers. The second is the meaning of migrant workers to receive college ideological and political education. The third one is the existing contents of college ideological and political education of migrant workers. The last is to strengthen the necessity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities of migrant workers. This chapter describes two concepts in detail that is the college ideological and political education of migrant workers and the migrant workers, and the realistic and the psychological characteristics of college migrant workers; and several important questions about why should college migrant workers take ideological and political education.The third chapter is consisted of two sections, and some have second-level headings. One is the effects of college ideological and political education of migrant workers at the present stage; another is the existing problems and reasons of the ideological and political education of migrant workers. This chapter expounds some advantages in universities through illustration to carry out ideological and political education on migrant workers, and what effects have been obtained. Meanwhile, it’s also elaborated the non-ideal thing, the problems in it, and the causes of these problems.The fourth chapter contains three sections and third-level headings. The first is to all-round construct the security system of college ideological and political education of migrant workers. The second is to enrich the content of ideological and political education. And the third one is to innovate to the ideological and political education method.This chapter is the focus and innovation of the full text which have put forward the method to improve the effectiveness of college ideological and political education of migrant workers through establishment of the security system, the innovation of the content and new technology.In the fifth chapter, the conclusion corresponds to the introduction, summarize all the paper and clear the argument.
