Legal education in the period of the Republic of China is an important component of Chinese modern education.The established training model of legal talents not only inherits the existing legal culture and legal education ideas of the Chinese feudal society,but also is highly advanced in the modern world.The influence of the legal system and legal education has been actively pursued under the conditions of internal and external problems,frequent wars,and social unrest,and has achieved significant results.This has enabled modern law schools in China to develop from scratch to teaching courses and methods.From mechanical singleness to flexibility and diversity,legal education from the embryonic framework to the foundation model of the system model,excellent legal talent from the rarest to the sublimation and evolution.Looking at and grasping the basic framework of the training of modern Chinese jurisprudential talents as a whole and combing the historical context of jurisprudential talent cultivation in the Republic of China,analyzing their basic patterns and summing up their experiences and lessons has important implications for enriching the relevant theories of jurisprudential talent cultivation in China.With reference to significance,it will help enrich the practice of training contemporary Chinese jurisprudential talents.This article comprehensively uses literature research,historical research,comparative research,case studies and other research methods to systematically analyze and compare the historical process of the training of legal talents in the Republic of China,in order to achieve its comprehensive consideration and overall grasp.The paper is divided into four parts and seven chapters,the specific content is as follows:The first part is mainly the introduction part.This part mainly focuses on the logical structure of “what,why,and how”,and specifically discusses the topic selection background,research significance,previous research results,current research status,research ideas and methods,and innovations of the research on the cultivation of legal talents in the Republic of China.And deficiencies.The second part mainly includes the first chapter and the second chapter.This part mainly analyzes the social background of the cultivation of legal talents in the period of the Republic of China,and systematically sorts out the foundation and historical context of the training of legal talents in the Republic of China.During the period of the Republic of China,the cultivation of jurisprudence was born and developed under the special background of intense political contradictions at the time,continuous domestic and foreign wars,low economic levels,difficulties in people's lives,and conflicts between China's inherent cultural and educational traditions and foreign cultures.It has experienced the prevalence and reorganization of the early years of the Republic of China,the restoration and development of the Beijing government,the complete and optimized period of the Nanjing National Government,and the evolution and changes of the migration and decline of the National Government during the defeat period.It can be said that during the period of the Republic of China,the cultivation of legal talents was constructed in turmoil and developed in hardships.The third part mainly includes the third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter.This part mainly deals with the concept and purpose of the legal education in the Republic of China,the training system,the strength of teachers,the curriculum and teaching methods.It analyzes and summarizes the case studies of the most representative law schools in the period of the Republic of China.In the period of the Republic of China,the legal education basically formed the training target system that combines "developing outstanding scholars" with "cultivating specialized law and government talents";and established a trinity law school of the National University School of Law,the Private Legislative Branch College,and the Missionary University.The school system has formed a faculty team that integrates professional and part-time jobs with foreign students who are returning to the country as foreign teachers,foreign legal experts,and teachers.It shapes the diverse curriculum teaching system that adapts to the civil law system and the Anglo-American law system.A large number of outstanding legal talents.National Peking University School of Law,Soochow University School of Law and Chaoyang University are typical representatives of law education during the Republic of China.The latter two are known as the “Southern Eastern Wu and Northern Chaoyang”.Their legal talent cultivation has formed distinctive characteristics.In-depth study and reference.The fourth part mainly includes the sixth chapter.This part mainly summarizes and summarizes the jurisprudential talent cultivation during the Republic of China.This section summarizes the experience and lessons of juridical talent cultivation in the Republic of China on the basis of the previous research,and provides inspiration for contemporary Chinese jurisprudence education and talent cultivation.During the period of the Republic of China,the cultivation of legal talents had not only remarkable progress but also achieved remarkable results,but also had limitations and problems that could not be overcome.For example,the traditional concept of feudalism was extended,and the methodological method of transplanting Western paintings was very strong.It has shaped the basic model of modern Chinese legal education,provided lessons for the development of modern Chinese legal education,and laid an important foundation.The cultivation of jurisprudential talents during the Republic of China provides an inspiration for the contemporary Chinese jurisprudence education and talent cultivation.The main manifestations are: that is,the only combination of unified planning and key development,the combination of standardized schooling and diversified construction,learning from absorption and independent innovation.The combination of self-cultivation,public education and study abroad,the combination of theoretical education and practical education,and the combination of “bringing in” and “going out” can arouse the development vitality and innovative ability of contemporary Chinese jurisprudence education,and shape the training model of jurisprudence with Chinese characteristics.To cultivate outstanding legal talents,and to enhance the contribution of China's legal education in improving the modernization of the governance system and governance capabilities.
