rarest to the sublimation and evolution.Looking at and grasping the basic framework of the training of modern Chinese jurisprudential talents as a whole and combing the historical context of jurisprudential talent cultivation in the Republic of China,analyzing their basic patterns and summing up their experiences and lessons has important implications for enriching the relevant theories of jurisprudential talent cultivation in China.With reference to significance,it will help enrich the practice of training contemporary Chinese jurisprudential talents.This article comprehensively
