To Explore The High-level And Application-oriented Legal Talent Training Model

As a professional degree education in China, Juris Master education has become the main channel for high-level and application-oriented legal talent training model. From achieve the first enrollment in 1996 to now, has passed though for several years of practice and exploration, formed its own basic framework and institutional structure. However, the development process of countries ruled by law, putting forward higher requirements to Juris Master education. Juris Master education not only requires great efforts to overcome the existing contradictions and problems, improving their own, also need to be creative and to adapt to the development process emergence of new requirements. Therefore, Juris Master education inevitably faced with the reform and development. In this context, building a more scientific and reasonable Juris Master training mode is imperative. This paper mainly started form the following aspects:First, This paper attempts to sort out the concept of Juris Master, the characteristics and development process of Juris Master education, thus has a general understanding of the Juris Master's development in China. Second, Referring to the theory of talent training model, by introducing the meaning and type of talent training model, leading into the application-oriented talent training model, so as to explain how to train the high-level and application-oriented legal talent training mode to pave the way. Next, Referring to practice and experience of foreign high-level and application-oriented legal talent training model, respectively describing the United States, Australia, Germany, the UK's high-level and application-oriented legal talent training mode. In additional, focused analysis of Juris Master training mode's current situation, existing question and trends. Finally, putting forward several related proposals for the reform and development of Juris Master training model in China.
