| Materialist dialectics is the science which is thoroughly related to connection and development.Historical materialism is a science of the development of human society.Marxism is a science of proletariat realization and human liberation through development.The Communist Party of China as the advanced political party of Marxism,its main task is to reveal the rules of social development in China,continuously implement China's social development and thus make contributions to the development of human society from bilateral interaction between practice and theory.Just in this sense,the Sinicization of Marxism is the science of China's social development.The process of Sinicization of Marxism is also one process which members of Communist Party of China use Marxism to identify the laws of social development,to realize China's social development and fundamental interests of the Chinese people and the entire Chinese nation.Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy is an important theoretical achievement to promote Marxism transforming-in-China by central government with Xi Jinping as the core since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and it is also an important part of the thought with Chinese characteristics of the new era of Xi Jinping.It has scientific connotation and great significance to further study Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy.It is a necessary requirement of comprehensively understanding the courses,mechanism and significance of promoting Marxism transforming-in-China by members of Communist Party of China since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is also a necessary requirement of further understanding and exactly holding spiritual substance and theoretical system of the thought with Chinese characteristics of the new era of Xi Jinping.The part presenting birth of the thought with Chinese characteristics of the new era of Xi Jinping in reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,significance of world view and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism has been clearly pointed out.The report also clearly shows that General Secretary Xi Jinping has deepened the rules of the development of human society,socialist construction and the Party governance with a brand-new view.Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy is an important theoretical achievement of Xi deepening the understanding of “Three rules” with the band-new view.It has fundamental theoretical value and practical significance on deepening understanding of rules of social development in contemporary China,realizing scientific development of society and the interests of the Chinese people in contemporary China,etc.This thesis use theory of joint forces of social development as basic perspective for research.Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy which refers to “building a moderately prosperous society,deepening the reform,the rule of law,the overall governing party” has also been analyzed systematically and comprehensively in the research.This analysis is to seek and stimulate vigor of society,enhance joint forces of society from scientific exploration and practical operation.Feasible way will be found to change vigor of society into effective joints forces of historical development and realize vigor of society in contemporary China and effective unification of social development.The theory of joint forces of social development belongs to historical materialism.We use this theory to analyze the issues of Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy,it contributes to revealing contributions of Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy on understanding of rules of development of human society and socialist construction of members of communist party of China.It contributes to comprehending the process of constantly enriching,optimizing and developing the theory of Marxist social development by members of communist party of China.It contributes to advancing Sinicization,modernization and popularization of Marxism in the process of staying on and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics by members of communist party of China.This paper discusses this topic from eight chapters:First of all,the introduction of the mechanism research of the "Four Comprehensives" strategic layout to realize the resultant force of social development.It includes a summary of the reasons and significance of this research,review and comments on the current research status of "Four Comprehensives" strategic layout and the theories on the resultant force of social development at home and abroad,the connotation of the resultant force and "Four Comprehensives" strategic layout based on the core concept,the basic ideas and research methods of this thesis and analysis of the key points,difficulties and innovation points.Second,sets forth the ideological resources and theoretical basis of the research on the resultant force mechanism,mainly focusing on the following three issues: first,it clarifies the ideological resources on the resultant force of social development in Chinese and western traditional thought.Secondly,it discusses the Marxism social development impetus theory.Finally,it analyzes the basic ideas of Communist Party of China about the resultant force of social development.At the end of the chapter,it draws a conclusion that historical development force depends on two factors: one is thousands of subjects' vitality which is the basis of the resultant force of social development and the other one is the interaction between innumerable subjects which form the resultant force.In other words,it is necessary to fully activate the vitality of each subject and form the resultant force between the subjects corporately.How to activate the vitality of the subject and form effective resultant force is the fundamental task that any society must face and solve.Third,the "Four Comprehensives" strategic layout is an important strategy to effectively realize the resultant force of social development in China.This chapter illustrates mainly in the respects of the urgent need from "China dream" to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and form a huge,effective and sustainable resultant force of development,the basic experience and the existing problems since the reform and opening of China in dealing with the social development,and the effectiveness and importance of the "Four Comprehensives" strategic layout to achieve social development in China in order to create the theoretical framework as that there is an urgent need to realize the "China dream" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation while the experience has been accumulated from the practice during the past but some problems still exist,therefore,the "Four Comprehensives" strategic layout can effectively activate the vitality and form the resultant force.Fourth,"Comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society" is the strategic objective to uniting the vitality of social development and the resultant force organically.Three questions were discussed based on the nature of the ideal and the motive force function.First,as the greatest common divisor of value orientation of a social individual,the common ideal can not only activate the vitality of social development effectively,but also form a powerful development resultant force.Second,comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society is the contemporary ideology and concrete manifestation of Chinese common ideal since the reform and opening,and it is the periodic requirement of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the construction of socialist modernization.Finally,because it expresses the ideal pursuit of individual development and social development of the Chinese nation and the Chinese people,which embodies the organic unity of individual development and social development on regularity and purpose,it has the basic mechanisms to activate the vitality and form the resultant force of social development.Fifth,"Comprehensively deepen the reform" is the power source for activate the vitality of a social subject.The reform is the basic way of social basic contradiction to promote social development.It is to emancipate the productive forces and develop it.It paves the way to build a powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics,and it is "the biggest dividend" in the social development of China.Therefore,set out,this chapter discusses the basic mechanisms that the “comprehensively deepen the reform" activates the vitality of social development of China and especially all kinds of subjects' enthusiasm,initiatives and creativeness,and demonstrates that the reform is the direct driving force of the development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.Sixth,"Comprehensively implement the rule of law" is the Legal Guarantee for the resultant force of social development.This chapter discusses the internal mechanism from the respects such as that the legal norms are the basic prerequisite and fundamental guarantee for the vitality to develop into resultant force,the rule of law is the basic requirement of the resultant force functions and "comprehensively implement the rule of law" is an effective guarantee to realize the resultant force of social development in China.Seventh,"Comprehensively strengthen the Party's discipline" is the key project for developing the vitality of the social subjects into the resultant force of social development.Chinese Communist Party is the dual subjects of the social development vitality and the resultant force.As a special subject of China,its own vitality is an important component of the whole social vitality.At the same time,as the ruling party,Chinese Communist Party's vitality is also the key and guarantee for social vitality to take shape centripetal force and cohesion,therefore,the chapter probes into the theoretical basis and implementing approach regarding the point of view that "Comprehensively strengthen the Party's discipline" is the fundamental guarantee to bright into full play the vitality and the resultant force.Finally,is the conclusion.This chapter concludes how the "Four Comprehensives" strategy coordinates effectively as a whole,how to unite the social vitality and the resultant force organically,how to better benefit the people,win their support,release the power of the people,listen to opinions and how to make the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the unity of vitality and the resultant force preserve and develop. |
