A Research On Quality Assurance Policy Of China's Higher Education

Quality is an important topic of higher education development around the world in the 21st century. To build scientific and effective quality assurance policy of higher education is an indispensable guarantee of the sustainable development of popularization of China's higher education. It is also the urgent need of implementing macro-management after China adjusted its management system of higher education. Based on sorting out relevant literature of quality assurance policy of China's higher education, the thesis comprehensively applies educational evaluation theory and systematic transitional theory, and systematically analyzes the formation background and transformation process of quality assurance policy of China's higher education. The thesis believes that in the past 65 years since the founding of PRC the evolution of the quality assurance policy of China's higher education has been a process from quality construction to quality assurance, as well as a process of development in continuous changes. The above research on the quality assurance policy of China's higher education is beneficial to enrich the theoretical system of quality assurance of higher education, and to further enhance the quality of China's higher education. The thesis discusses the problems and causes of the quality assurance policy of China's higher education in depth. Meanwhile, it reflects on and reasonably reconstructs the quality assurance policy of China's higher education and then puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality assurance policy of China's higher education.
