In the process of the development of the subject have been all kinds of thoughts, theories, models and approaches, laid a solid foundation for the scientific development of school sports in China.At the same time, the vigorous development of school sports in China at the same time, we also faced with many problems and challenges, we students are part of the body mass index falling for 30 years, our students like sports, but I don't like PE class, our teacher wants to teach but not a good model and method of our sports teaching idea and there are many shortcomings and defects, there are many we indescribable chemistry theory problem, we need to break one by one.Unit teaching reform is a kind of the intermediate links of physical education teaching reform, it will affect the reform of the teaching aim, teaching content, will affect the sports teaching process, teaching method reform. From the theoretical perspective, this study USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics methods, such as unit of our country sports course were studied, the conclusion is as follows:1. The components of tutorial unit sports in China include:teaching philosophy, teaching goal, teaching process structure, teaching methods and teaching evaluation system.(1) Unit in the process of sports teaching macro goal is:the development of the student movement skills, make students understand the importance of exercise, master the sport etiquette, promote sports accomplishment, through appropriate teaching material of sports competition, to fully experience the movement of all kinds of fun.(2) Unit the sports curriculum goal is:through the content of the sports teaching unit of study, at the same time of developing physical fitness, to master the specific movement technique and theory of knowledge; To participate in the sport is suitable for level of competition, and in a team can cooperate to develop relevant strategy with others; Have team spirit and ability to find and fix problems, can be responsible for their own role; Have to appreciate what they have learned sports ceremony, to understand the knowledge; Get into the habit of consciously participate in extracurricular sports.(3) The unit structure of the sports teaching process include:motor units of teaching process, the project unit teaching process and the teaching process of mixing unit.(4) Unit sports course teaching method system to autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning as the mainstream, and the integration of traditional visual teaching methods of teaching system, including:team cooperation strategy, role playing, group competitions, celebrations and other specific strategies.(5) Unit sports curriculum evaluation system includes:diagnostic evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation.2. Physical theoretical principles and refers to regular physical learning process of teaching and learning. Including the principles and rules of sports materials arranged; standard and degree of motor skills learned; use law teaching methods; forming a regular exercise skills, situational learning theory and the theory of sport education.3. This study could be divided into tiny units the size of the unit, small unit, the unit, large unit and large unit.4.
