An Experimental Study Of Applying The Unit Goal Teaching Method To The General Volleyball Courses In Physical Education Colleges

Volleyball is one of the sports with the most extensive mass foundation,and it is also one of the most popular sports in physical education in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is very necessary to reform and innovate the volleyball teaching process in colleges and universities and improve the teaching efficiency.The so-called unit goal teaching method is based on students,according to the needs of students at different levels in the teaching process,the difficulty level,the goal is divided into different levels,and the gradual steps are adopted to encourage students to learn.A teaching method to achieve the desired teaching effect.In the research on the innovation of teaching methods suitable for physical education teaching process,the unit goal teaching method is more in line with the psychology because of its systematicness.Learning the theory of cognitive formation,which is more suitable for the general law of the formation of physical education skills,has been widely used in some physical education teaching processes.This study takes the students majoring in physical education in the general course of volleyball as the object of investigation,combined with the characteristics of volleyball,using the methods of literature,investigation,experiment and data statistics,through the means of setting up the experimental class and the control class.This paper studies the application effect of unit goal teaching method in volleyball general course.The completion of this study will preliminarily prove the effect of unit goal teaching method in volleyball technology teaching,and lay a foundation for the application of this teaching method in volleyball teaching.The results show that:(1)after the implementation of the unit goal teaching method,the transmission of the students in the experimental class,The cushioning technology is obviously better than the control class.(2)the theoretical results of the unit goal experimental class are significantly higher than those of the control group.(3)after the implementation of the unit goal teaching method,the classroom learning atmosphere is strong,and the students are active in learning.Strengthen the communication between the students,cultivate the sense of teamwork,as well as the spirit of tenacious struggle.(4)the unit goal teaching method is completed one by one in accordance with the established goals,which increases students' self-confidence and makes students' passive learning become active learning.And form a good habit of exercise.(5)compared with the traditional teaching methods,In the scope of the study,the unit goal teaching method has no obvious influence on the physical quality and physiological function of students.
