Ordinary high school education as the connection of nine-year compulsory education and high school education link,in the whole education system plays a special role of a connecting link between the preceding and the following,its development has become an important symbol to measure a country's comprehensive economic strength and development level of education.At present,high school education has been developed greatly,at the same time,higher education has entered the popular education process.Then,the ordinary high school education function how to locate and how to develop the school,is a very important topic.In recent years,due to the scale of the ordinary high school students showed a rising trend,the average size of the school also in rapid expansion,as well as the national innovation type talents in ardent hope a series of problems in succession and,general high school education in China is currently facing difficulties caused by the double transitions in the society and their own.First of all,the enrollment rate as an important indicator to measure the development of education,almost all schools will be running directly at the entrance.And the development of students' perfect personality and personality is almost completely ignored.Some ordinary high school pursue the scale of running a school,but in nature,educational goals,training mode,curriculum and student development connotation construction in many aspects,lack of innovation and breakthrough.Based on this,this study to present our general high school education is the focus of the research,clear the functions of the common senior high school education,breaking the shackles of the enrollment rate in pursuit of a single goal,assume training innovative personnel and conveying the dual task of popularization personnel,coordination homogeneity and diversity of contradiction the deep development of the confusion and the urgent need to solve the problem.Firstly,this study explored and constructed the theoretical basis of the general high school education function in the framework of structural function,humanism and educational pathology as the theoretical analysis framework.And from inside and outside the two aspects of the analysis of the impact of ordinary high school education,the realization of the factors.At the same time,the historical development and practical orientation of Chinese and foreign high school were reviewed,and the evolution process of the function of general senior middle school education and its social control were analyzed.Secondly,from three aspects of the new era orientation of development in senior high school in China,curriculum structure and the reform of college entrance examination clear the ideal choice of the functions of the common senior high school education,namely:entrance,as a hub for individual lifelong learning and education:Employment--for individual career life and career development services:Education--for individual development and qualified citizen accomplishment develop service.Thirdly,the in-depth analysis of the internal factors at the present stage of the function of general senior middle school education in China chronic disease and cause analysis,the deep-seated causes of the state system,economic system,social security,education system,but also the direct cause of the educational administration management system,college entrance examination mode,is affected not only by the cultural tradition and social evaluation,external factors influence,also receives the education idea backwardness,low level of school management,allocation of resources lack of constraints.Finally,based on the theoretical study,this study reached the development strategies of the functions of high school education in China.The ordinary senior high school education scientific orientation for the senior stage is the basis of education,and is the preparation stage of higher education is a link between compulsory education and higher education.The ordinary high school education undertakes the choice of education,employment and education orientation,diversification is the way of development is to realize the transformation of ordinary high school development strategy is the most desirable way.Of course,release and diversification of the functions of the common senior high school education contains many aspects of content,mode of education,curriculum reform is the subject,also includes the examination and recruitment,evaluation,system reform and so on.The development of high school education needs the joint efforts of many aspects,this is a system engineering.A strategy of ordinary high school education function proposed in this study,in order to provide reference for the development of policy of our country at the present stage of senior high school.
