A Study On The Educational Function Of State Under The Condition Of Quasi-market Education

the state and the market as are two big powers of the society don' t contradict but interact. Education being the quality of quasi-goods decides that, when we introduce the market mechanism, we should emphasize the function of the state, that is quasi-market education, but what function the state does under the condition of the market play the main role of allocating the education resources. The author argue that the function of the state lies in rectifying the educational market failure, that is rectifying limited educational market failure, defective educational market failure, negative educational market failure. In order to make the state enforces the educational function forcefully, the author brings forward three methods: establishing the intermediate organization, establishing the contract system, regulating the behavior of educational managing of the state.
