Study On The Spiritual Leading Of College Students’Ideological And Political Moral Character Cultivation

In the year of2004, The CPC Central Committee and the State Council Issued a document,which is "CPC Central Committee and State Council on Further Strengthening and improving ideological and political education of College Students".This document Put forward clearly that strengthen and improve ideological and political education is an important and urgent strategic task. University is an important place to carrying out ideological and political education of College Students and cultivating their Ideological and political moral character.According to the present situation of Education mode is simple、education effect is not good and infusion mainly, how to promote ideological and political education of College Students, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education, to develop the college students’ Ideological and political moral character cultivation in Marxism,is the new major task of ideological and political education work in our country that we are facing. Marxism is the fundamental idea and direction of this research,the author consulted a large number of papers and research findings, and discussed how spiritual leading can develop college students’ ideological and political moral character cultivation.This paper is composed of4chapters. The first chapter discusses the basic connotation of the ideological and political moral cultivation. This chapter studies and analyses the conception and internal structure of ideological and political moral character, and discusses ideological and political moral character’s function in the whole moral system with several aspects, such as ideological and political moral sense, ideological and political moral emotion, ideological and political moral belief, ideological and political moral will and ideological and political moral behavior, Then introduces the contents and characteristics of ideological and political moral cultivation. Ideological and political moral cultivation has three characteristics: specfic politics and ideology, strong permeability and practice, distinct democracy and subjectivity.The second chapter discusses the association between college students’ ideological and political moral cultivation and spiritual leading. Spiritual leading has significant position in the college students’ideological and political moral cultivation, such as it’s the urgent need of the struggle in the ideological field; it’s the practical need of the social development; it’s the realistic requirement of ideological and political education innovation; it’s the goal of education and the internal demand of students’development. We need to strengthen education in the way of spiritual leading, to enhance their sense of responsibility and sense of mission, to develop the college students’ideological and political moral cultivation.The third chapter discusses the spiritual leading status of college students’ ideological and political moral cultivation. It summarizes the basic experience of spiritual leading in promoting the ideological and political moral cultivation, such as the spiritual leading enhances the guiding position of Marxism in the college; it promotes the common progress of college students’ ideological an moral quality, it promotes the development of universities. This chapter mainly raises the problems of spiritual leading, for example the college Marxism status needs to be strengthened, The western social thought’s impact leads to college students’spiritual world crisis, Network Hegemony against the Chinese excellent traditional culture, the method of ideological and political education is too simple and too much emphasis on the one-way instillation, etc. The last part of this chapter stresses the need to promote college students’ideological and political moral cultivation in the way of spiritual leading.The fourth chapter discusses the strategic measures and implementation ways of spiritual leading which can further strenthen college students’ideological and political moral cultivation, such as strenthening the attention of college students’spiritual leading under the background of globalization, actively responding the lash of foreign negative social ideological thoughts, consolidating the core status of college Marxism theory, palying the role of the Socialist Core Value System in the college students’ ideological and political education. In a word, with the starting point of spiritual leading, to strengthen the idoelogical and political education of college students, and to develop the college students’ideological and political moral cultivation.
