Due to the rapid development of resource economy,Ordos of Inner Mongolia became the highest GDP per capital city in China.For.The article attempts through to the embedded resource development under the social change for the historical dimension of ordos area in Inner Mongolia,as a case of the Jungar Juu town,to make the most people as anthropology research under the definition of "the other",to explore how to embed in their way of social production and living,cultural representation and the internal structure of social group in the process of resource development,and how their transformation and integration.Also expect with the "other" to look at ourselves and look similar the poor and backward the minority areas in western China,in order to achieve the true sense of rational expectations under the perspective of anthropology.In this paper,structural functionalism as a theoretical framework has been used to introduce the field of Jungar Juu Town.And Jungar Juu Town were typical case of 'building the town with coal' in central-western ethnic minority regions of China.On this basis,it make further studies for social stratification and change of Jungar Juu Town after embedding coal economy.In the field of devotional changes of Mongolian and Hans nation,to a certain extent modern consumer culture which is from development of resources make values of local Mongolian and Hans produce a sign of convergence.But it is still bigger difference in the spirit identity between the two ethnic groups.Overall,conclusion stress these views.First of all,with the resources economy in ethnic minority areas in borderland nation makes the homogenization management of inland and the border areas in acceleration.Secondly,the value and experience of "Ordos model" can provide effective ways to develop economy in ethnic minority areas in borderland.
