Research suggests that,1) Governance concepts of sports social organizations is a kind of relationship governance rather than a solid governance, while sports social organization is a kind of dynamic not static governance. The governance on sports social organizations is a kind of internal unity of the convention and freedom. The governance on sports social organizations needs both stability and innovation. The conventionality can keep the sports social organizations ordered and stable and freedom can make the sports social organizations maintain innovation and vitality.2)The essence of sports restrain the nature of sports social organizations. "Service" is the intrinsic attribute of sports social organizations, borning with and being not separated. "Body" is the essential attribute of sports social organizations, which is the root of the existence of sports social organizations, and also the main body of sports social organization service.
