Exercise identity refers to individual's identity level as a exerciser, including role id entity and characteristic identity. The relation between exercise identity and exercise beha vior is the key content of the study of exercise identity. The existing study regularly comb ines exercise identity as independent variable with theoretical model of traditional exercis e behavior or integrate other exercise psychology variables into exercise behavior model, both of which only have superficial understanding of the structure of exercise identity and end up with redundancy in the newly-built models. During the past decades, multi-level e xercise behavior models have not been built on the basis of identity theory, the result of w hich is exercise identity belongs to the subordinate status in the study of predicting exerci se behavior without maximizing its best value.Starting from the component parts of exercise identity, reintegrating the structures o f EIS scale and ALQ scale and using PASDM research idea of Kendeierski and identity c onstruction process theory for reference, the paper constructs, tests and compares the mod els of induction and deduction in the process of exercise role identity, aiming at studying t he relation between role identity and characteristic identity in the field of exercise. To avoid wide gap phenomenon in the construction of exercise behavior model whic h appeared between intention and behavior in theory of planned behavior(TPB), the pape r, prior to model construction, tests explanation strength that individual variables of exerci se identity has on exercise behavior, and also investigates the independent predictable role and comparable predictable values that are put on exercise behavior by individual variabl es of exercise identity, exercise self-definition, exercise commitment and behavioral regul ation in exercise, laying a solid foundation for the construction of well-predictable model of teenager exercise behaviors. After confirming role identity as the optimal prediction variable of exercise behavior, the paper further discusses teenager exercise behavior model based on role identity. To c ompletely investigate the predictable values that role identity model has on exercise beha viors, the paper modifies and constructs many models to analyze, namely, role identity in duction and deduction model, self-definition induction and deduction model, post-modifie d cross-culture model, SDT model and SDT-RI model. Among them, role identity inducti on and deduction model and self-definition induction and deduction model are the exerci se behavior model based on identity theory, the former of which demonstrates inter-depen dable concept of self while the latter of which shows independent concept of self; SDT m odel is traditional exercise behavior model while SDT-RI model and post-modified cross-culture model belong to integration models. Finally, optimal exercise behavior prediction model is confirmed. The main conclusion of the study are as follows: The first conclusion:Teenager exercise role identity induction model is acceptable analysi s framework. The second conclusion:The independent predictable role and comparable predictabl e values that role identity has on teenager exercise behavior are greater than individual va riables of characteristic identity, exercise self-definition, exercise commitment and behavi oral regulation in exercise. The third conclusion:Role identity induction model can be used to explain and predi ct teenager exercise behavior. The fourth conclusion:Self-definition induction model can be used to explain and pr edict teenager exercise behavior. The fifth conclusion:Post-modified cross-culture model can be used to explain and predict teenager exercise behavior. The sixth conclusion:SDT can be used to explain and predict teenager exercise beha vior. RI significantly improves the explanation strength that SDT has on teenager exercise behavior. The seventh conclusion:Compared to Self-definition induction model, post-modified cross-culture model and SDT-RI model, Role identity induction model enjoys more balan ce that it has effect on exercise role identity and exercise behavior. It is an ideal prediction model of teenager exercise behavior.
