Good teachers are the premise for a good education.Primary school is a critical period to form interest and habit in sports,thus give attention to the education of physical education(PE)teachers in primary school is closely relate to the development of P.E.in primary school.Therefore,in the field of teachers education,based on the "professional standards of teachers " and " curriculum standards of teachers education",with the principle of lowest standard,through investigation and research,the prototype of training program for pre service primary school PE teachers was formed ultimately,which will provide a reference for the reform on pre service education of PE teachers in primary school in theory and practice.According to the problem-identifying and problem-solving approach,this research employed literature review,investigation,logic,mathematical statistics methods,case study and other research methods.It focused on the development of the education of PE teachers in primary school,the demand,training objectives,training standards,curriculum system for pre service education of PE teachers in primary school since the reform and opening up in China,made in-depth and detailed analysis,then the conclusion can be draw :1.Based on the analysis of P.E.teachers' education in our country,It illustrated many disadvantages of traditional “event division mode” there were dislocation phenomena in the standard of physical education major,the demand for PE teachers in different learning phase,and the teaching object and teaching material.In order to promote the reform and development of the education for P.E teachers,we proposed a“learning phase division mode”,which will solve the inconsistent problem in the process of P.E.teachers form evolution,promote the mode construction of education for P.E.teachers.It will provide theoretical basis for P.E.teachers' professional development.2.This research suggestion that undergraduate course should stress on pre service education of PE teachers in primary school,and it is the optimal approach to solve the quantity and quality problem of P.E.teachers in primary schools.3.In-depth interviews could meet the research demand for pre service education,after witch the undergraduates should be equipped with the professional knowledge and ability that are suitable for P.E in primary school,and reflect the high comprehensive quality.4.The P.E.teachers in primary school act as the designer,organizer and executor,communicator and cooperator,reflective,developer of physical works in school.They need to master the knowledge of four types: primary school students' development,physical education,educational teaching and general knowledge,with a total of 21 contents.And have the ability of three types: primary school P.E.teaching,extracurricular physical activities,after-school training and competition ability,the ability of each type are measured from five dimensions,with a total of 60 contents.5.The pre service education curriculum system of primary school P.E.teachers in China is composed of the public foundation,professional and teacher education curriculum,and the total credits lies between 140 and 170.The professional courses include basic professional theory,professional expertise and skills,training and practice professional ability.It suggests that the proportion of course is designed in accordance with the " 25.4% public foundation curriculum+ 42.7% professional curriculum +32% teacher education curriculum ",of which 45 36 60 credits in minimum.of which required 34 36 42 credits in minimum.6.The prototype of training program for pre service primary school PE teachers will provide a theoretical reference for the educational institute to make training program in pre service primary school PE teachers in China.7.The main problem at present is that the training objectives of physical education is ambiguous,deficiency in curriculum system for pre service P.E.teachers education in China.8.we must joint efforts to improve the quality of elementary school physical education teachers is from admissions,pre-service education,orientation,after training,and other aspects.
