Research On The Training Program Of Postgraduate Training Program Education In Higher Education Institutions Of China

With the development of lifelong education in our country, more and more people choose to learn more and more strongly, which requires us to cultivate more adult educators and improve the quality of adult education teachers. In this situation, how to improve the quality of adult education graduate education is an urgent problem to be solved. Only by improving the quality of adult education students, can we further promote the healthy development of the subject itself, and meet the needs of the community. Training program is an important guiding document in the whole process of graduate cultivation, which plays an important role in the process of graduate education.The author contact the Ministry of education, and then was informed that adult education science graduate statistics did not have an official data. Then through consulting literature review, communicating with teachers and students and other means, the author get to known that there are a total of 47 Universities Adult Education School Master (see Appendix). In these 47 universities,17 universities upload adult education program to the official website, so that the 17 schools is as for the paper sample.17 sample universities, from the point of view of regional distribution,1 located in the northeast,7 is located in the East China region, North China area is 2, Southwest has 3, northwest area is 1, the central region has 3. Colleges and universities distribute mainly in the east area. If from the point of East, middle and West, the western region has 4,6 in the central region,7 in the eastern region. As from the school category, the normal colleges and universities has 10,7 non normal colleges.This study focuses on the study of adult education programs. Quasi from adult education training objectives, years of study, training direction, curriculum and assessment-studies five layer facing the training scheme of the existing colleges and universities were analyzed, aimed at through the analysis of the sample school training program, looking at the current domestic colleges and universities in adult education learn professional master of the similarities and differences between the training stage, summed up the law, grope for experience, high-quality information extraction, points out the problems in five aspects such and analysis current adult education in China specialty postgraduate training program problems causes, to improve the training program to give suggestions, in order to build a good mature adult education professional graduate education system.
