Ideological work is extremely important for the work of the party and the country,colleges and universities as ideological production and convergence of the frontier,shouldering the study publicity of the Marx doctrine,cultivate and promote the socialist core values,the important task of providing intellectual support and talent guarantee for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation China dream.Do the propaganda and ideological work related to the ideological,team,curriculum,position,campus culture,mechanism of various aspects,related to the leadership of the party,economic development,cultural self-confidence,scientific management,family education in various fields,must promote co-ordination of all aspects of the work force,which brought together a strong work force to complete the task of the propaganda and ideological work in colleges and universities.Therefore,the research on the theory and practice of the resultant force of the propaganda and
