Research On Ideological And Political Education Resultant Force Of Colleges And Universities

College students play an important role in achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,having high professional skills is not enough at all for them,which is more important is to have high ideological and moral qualities.As main positions training qualified builders and successors of socialist construction,colleges and universities are shouldering the important mission to improve college students'ideological and moral level and are responsible for purifying the soul of college students.An undergraduate with strong professional skills can make contribution to the society as possible as he can,but it based on good moral quality and noble moral feelings.It is crucial to strengthen ideological and political education for young people.Whether colleges can complete the important historical mission of training talents,smoothly perform the social responsibility of the ideological and political education in universities,the key point is whether the colleges can form the ideological and political education resultant force.We strive to build and perfect the ideological and political education resultant force,which will promote the basic task of setting up morality and rearing people,perform the duties of education,and enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education.But now,the part force of the ideological and political education is not concentrated.They do not have a unified direction of education,the resource utilization is unreasonable,the collaboration of departments is not close and even have a lonely situation,ideological and political education resultant force is far from forming.Ideological and political education in colleges need to form resultant force as soon as possible.This paper includes three parts.The introduction part elaborates the selected topic background and research significance,introducing the research status at home and abroad,the research method and train of thought.The text consists of seven chapters.The first chapter introduces concepts of ideological and political education resultant force,illuminates the theoretical basis of the subject and reference,and provides theoretical support for this topic;The second chapter to the seventh chapter respectively introduces six important parts of ideological and political education resultant force system,including network teaching,management and service education,environmental education,self education.Along with the development of The Times and the situation,the original "SanYuRen" is not able to satisfy the actual needs and practice development yet.Based on the teaching,management and service,this article adds network education,environmental education,self education.These three subsystems makes up the ideological and political education resultant force system together,constitute each subsystem detailed internal problems,make each subsystem maximize the effectiveness of ideological and political education,indeed realize "three full" education.Epilogue part focuses on the"resultant" word,builds,polishes and concludes the principle that the ideological and political force system of university and college education should follow.
