Vietnamese sport has been greatly promoted with the continuous development of Vietnam's social economy and the rapid rise of competitive sports in the world,The level of table tennis in Vietnamese has also been accelerated.Vietnamsuccessfully held the Southeast Asian Games and made in Southeast Asia comprehensive first ranked good resultsin 2003,It is a historic breakthrough.won they won two gold medals in tabletennis event(women's singles,women's regiment),creating a new era of Vietnamese table tennis history,Vietnamese women's table tennis can become a force in Southeast Asia.However,the overall level of Vietnamese table tennis and the world's table tennis strong competitive strength is still a big gap,in order to better and better improve the Vietnamese table tennis competitive level,so that as soon as possible into the ranks of the world's advanced,we must effectively reform Vietnamese ping-pong The development of the ball movement to enhance the level of Vietnamese table tennis training.At present,T here are many deficiencies in Vietnamese table tennis in the training of young athletes,especially the reserve personnel of the special physical training.Table tennis physical training is hold mainly by virtue of experience,it lacks relevant theory and advanced methods of support.As a power of table tennis,China is the world leader in table tennis training theory and practice.This paper intends to find an effective method for the special physical training of Vietnamese juvenile table tennis athletes through the research on the method of physical training of Chinese national table tennis team and the development of Vietnamese table tennis.It has great theoretical and practical significance to study the index system and training method of table tennis special physical fitness and to improve the level of table tennis in Vietnam.This paper adopts the research methods such as literature,research and interview,video analysis,observation,experiment and mathematical statistics.It aims to study and put forward the basic concepts of table tennis special physical fitness core quality,screen and establish the development of table tennis special Physical fitness core quality evaluation index and training method system,and through experiments to effectively improve the 13 to 15-year-old Vietnamese women's table tennis players special physical fitness quality training quality.,this study draws the following conclusions:1.In view of the actual needs of the current special training of table tennis,the paper puts forward the concept of "special physical core quality" of table tennis.Research suggests that the special speed of quality is the core quality of table tennis special physical fitness.Table tennis special speed,including Interpretation speed,translationalspeed,speed of shot and restore speed,coherence in the whole process of table tennis.Tightly grasp the special speed of the table tennis special physical core quality,can make the special training of table tennis more scientific,more accurate and more effective.2.This paper chooses 30 training methods of developing the special speed of table tennis from the methods and methods of special training of table tennis,and sums up seven kinds of training methods for developing special speed of table tennis,and sums up six table tennis specialties evaluation of speed quality.On this basis,the 13 ~ 15-year-old Vietnamese women 's table tennis athletes of the physical fitness of the core quality of experimental training.3.After 6 months of experimental training,the experimental group of special speed quality was significantly higher than the control group.Experiments show that the training methods and training methods of the development of table tennis special speed quality have remarkable effect.4.This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the current problems and obvious problems in the training of adolescent athletes' special physical fitness in Vietnam.
