A Study On The Innovation Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education In The Individualized Learning Horizon

At the pace of globalization, informatization and the modernization of higher education,college student's individualized learning has emerged. Under the premise of the opening-up of international education market, educational resources have made an allocation among countries. The mutual exchange and competition as well as mutual tolerance and agitation in education between countries have jointly promoted the prosperity and development in the global education. In this context, we accelerated our pace on the traditional higher education reform as the consistent influx of foreign advanced teaching methods and ideologies.Meanwhile, in the face of the advent of the era of knowledge economy and information, the educational informatization and modernization process is continuously quickening and the traditional higher education reform is deepening so that breaks the traditional integrated and mass talents cultivation mode and makes individualized learning become popular among students in colleges and universities.The development and popularization of internet is indispensable to the emergence of individualized learning, for it providing students with material conditions and changing the traditional learning content, learning style, learning progress, learning and educational requirements. It also offers the students more flexible choices, so that students can choose the courses they need and interested .Therefore, it is possible and will be reality for students to learn the courses that meet their personal requirements. Compared with the traditional teaching, individualized learning is more welcomed by students and more conducive to the individualized teaching and innovative talents cultivation. But at the same time,individualized learning brings challenges as well as opportunities to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.With ideological and political educational innovation of college students as the independent variable and individualized learning as dependent variable, this paper is to make an analysis of collegiate independent variable through the in-depth interviews with ideological and political teachers in colleges and college students, teaching managers and counselors. Based on the theory of individualized learning such as the Marxist Theory of all-round development, ideas of knowledge learning in Chinese traditional culture and learning theory of constructivism, humanism, multiple intelligence, taking into account the feature as flexible learning space, personal learning carriers and individual way to pick up classes as well as varied learning methods, I will make a detailed analysis to showcase the opportunities and challenges to educational ideas, models,contents, methods, faculties as well as remarks that individualized learning has generated.And I will explore the innovative solutions towards problems mentioned above in ideological and political education.On the one hand, this study could help ideological and political education workers of colleges and universities to grasp the pulse and the mew ways of the ideological and political education in the view of individualized learning, and enhance the effectiveness of the work.On the other hand, it is conducive to the innovation and development of research on college students' ideological and political education.
