This paper analyzes the individualized educational philosophy in ancient China, and points out that teacher's individualized education based on the sufficient knowledge and understanding of student's characteristics. By Combination of ideological and political education examples, the paper analyzes the importance of Confucius'open - style education and his respect for the need of individual development. By expounding upon the contemporary individual and social functions of ideological and political education, the paper is to point out the importance of teaching according to ability in ideological and political education. Take the author's school for example, the modern students have low will to apply for vocational college, and they have obvious interests in learning . The diversity of their values and high enthusiasm in self-management are also their strong features. By analyzing the characteristics of vocational college students'ideological and political education work, the article describes the requirements of individualized education for vocational college students in ideological and political education. Combined with practical experience, author discusses the use of the individualized educational concept in ideological and political education in the vocational college students'work in practical application. Combined with the author's experience in ideological and political work, the article points out that how to use individualized education inspiration in the practice, for example, different time of stage in college, student problems for different types of groups, and also ideological and political workers in their own individual development. And also the ways and means of ideological and political education should be different according to the characteristics of different students.This paper is based on the theories of individualized education in ancient China and Modern Talent Teaching theory. The art uses comparative methodology, comparing the differences of ancient and modern talent teaching theories, to inherit Confucius'individualized education thoughts critically. The paper focuses on the thoughts reference of their individualized education theory, training of teachers'personal charm, set the values and so on which will be used for modern ideological and political education practice in vocational college. The author Uses questionnaire survey, individual interviews, literature survey research methods, focusing on solving the practical problems encountered in the work.Based on college students ideological condition investigation, and also on graduating class students' thought, the article analyzes school counselors' work in vocational college and proposes for the school counselors ' own individualized education. It means the attention should be paied on the personal development of students. We should engage in a specific ideological and political education work, and also continue to strengthen the understanding of the ideological and political work and their own potential ability. The school counselors should constantly improve themselves and their work. This will provide a new reference and thinking for individualized education in ideological and political education for the vocational college students.
