This paper analyzes the individualized educational philosophy in ancient China, and points out that teacher's individualized education based on the sufficient knowledge and understanding of student's characteristics. Take the author's school for example, the modern students have low will to apply for vocational college, and they have obvious interests in learning . By analyzing the characteristics of vocational college students'ideological and political education work, the article describes the requirements of individualized education for vocational college students in ideological and political education.
