Research On The Ways Of Individualized Cultivation Of College Students' Ideological And Political Education

Contemporary college students have distinct personality characteristics.They are not stuck in tradition:they like to publicize their personality,emphasize themselves and they have increased their independent consciousness.To help them establish their own unified value system in daily life,we need to solve the frequent and targeted problems in the daily ideological and political education.The current "training mode"lacks the "gradual and progressive education guidance".Therefore,we need to innovate the methods in the daily ideological and political education.This article is based on Marx's theory of human nature,the theory of human's all-round development and the theory of life world,this paper explores the way of individualized training of College Students' daily ideological and political education based on Gardiner's theory of multiple intelligence.The basic principle of Marx doctrine is the fundamental guiding ideology and theoretical basis for the individualized training of daily ideological and political education.We must adhere to Marx's standpoint,viewpoint and method to analyze problems and solve problems.The theory of multiple intelligence provides a psychological basis for individualized training.The theory of multiple intelligences provides a psychological basis for the individualized training.It explains the existence of intelligence on students,and reminds us that we can not only pay attention to students' language and mathematical logic intelligence,but ignore students' intelligence of other area.In the course of education and teaching,educators should not only agree with students' differences,but also respect students' differences.Educators should also realize the potential of the students,then guide them,develop their strengths,avoid their weaknesses,and maximize the development of their personality.According to this understanding,the individualized cultivation of the daily ideological and political education should realize the goal for "understanding and teaching".This article is divided into three parts:the first part mainly expounds the connotation and characteristics of personalized daily ideological and political education training.On this basis,it analyzes the theoretical base of the implementation of personalized training in the daily ideological and political education,which is also the Marx theory and the theory of multiple intelligences.The second part analyzes the reasons for the lacks of individualized training in the daily ideological and political education from four aspects:educators,the educatee,educational environment and educational methods.The third part put forwards realize the individualized training of College Students' daily ideological and political education through the method of promoting "understanding".
