The school evaluation has changed greatly in many ways in the long development period,such as the evaluation theory,method and effect.Right now,people set up the developmental education evaluation theory,but,how to carry out the theory is the big difficulty in the reality.Therefore,the author try to study some strategies to improve the countryside school teaching quality through the school evaluation.There are many difficulties in the administrative departments evaluation ?social evaluation or self evaluation when we carry out the countryside school evaluation.As every department|?organization?institution who should be the estimator have the different benefits that they can't reach agreement,it causes the purpose of the countryside school evaluation to be inconsistent.In the process of carrying out the countryside school evaluation,we can't get good results because of the every estimator's different status and the embarrassment of the countryside school self evaluation.Because the influence of the estimator talents?resources and the technical means,the countryside school evaluation theory can't meet the demands of the development in the countryside school,especially in the aspects of the idea?the contents and the technology.It includes many factors in the complex development of school.Accordingly,it needs many factors to work in the process of evaluating the school.The main contents of diversification countryside evaluation includes four aspects: firstly,the school evaluation should be developmental that be useful to improve the countryside school teaching quality.Secondly,we should make the school estimator who are in charge of the school development diversified and equal.Thirdly,the contents of school evaluation should meet the demands of countryside school development and help to solve the problems of the countryside school development.Fourthly,it should solve the practical problem in the school development,so people must emphasize the conduct method?discussion and negotiation in the process of the school evaluation.How to carry out the diversified countryside school evaluation is very complex,it contains three stages and six parts,which aim to solve the problems.Firstly,it is the preparing stage,which includes two parts: setting up the school evaluation organization and ascertaining the people who are in charge of the school development.Secondly,it is the stage of discussion and negotiation,which includes three parts:presenting the question?discussing the question and negotiating the question.Thirdly,it is the stage of solving the problem.Especially,we should pay attention to two parts: the thoroughly discussion and the coherent negotiation,which guarantee the diversified school evaluation to apply in the reality successfully.Facing the complex school environment,it insists on developing itself and improving itself in the reality in the diversified evaluation.We find the diversified school evaluation can promote the development of rural school through the experiment in the rural primary school and junior middle school.Firstly,it is useful to improve the school internal cohesion and help the teacher of the rural school to concentrate on the professional development and help teachers to participate in the school's administration actively.Secondly,it can change the relationship between school?community and student's family through diversified school evaluation,and it can enhance the level of the support of community to the school development and strengthen the communication between school and student's family.Through the application in the reality,we find the diversified school evaluation has the excellent features in the evaluation criterion ? free evaluation proceeding?harmonious atmosphere.
